Nikon D90 Body Only - £607.98 deliverd @ Camerabox, £547.98 after Nikon Cashback

Nikon have just introduced a £60 cashback offer for both the D90 and £50 on the D5000 which makes this deal from Camerabox really good value for the excellent D90. The D5000 comes in around £380 body-only with this deal which is a very good price but I'd be tempted to say go up to the D90 even if only because it's a lot nicer to use. Annoyingly I've just bought a D90 on Wednesday so I'll miss out on this but hopefully it'll be good for someone else.

Cashback site is here: nikon.co.uk/sit…tml

Oh, and you can find the camera itself cheaper but this was the cheapest place I found that I was sure wouldn't be a grey import unit and they also include a two year warranty as standard.

No problem with negative votes but if you could maybe say why it'd be appreciated. Thanks.

sounds good, although like you said in your post, I'm sure people will vote cold or having something to say about camerabox..

have some heat.

Good price if you get cashback - got mine for £707 with a 18-107 lens from currys and then sold the lens for £190 on ebay so works out about the same after ebay fees and postage and without hassle.

Great camera - have some heat

I doubt you will get cashback if you purchase from Camerabox

but HOT if you can

better buy if from Amazon for a little more (£615)

EDIT: This probably mean the D90 replacement will be announced soon or may it's just a response to the Canon Eos 550d)

Have a look at the many reviews about this Company - if you get a grey import you probably won't get cashback and Nikon won't repair under guarantee either. Buyer beware!

Camerabox specifically say that they sell Eurpean (not uk) stock, so it is NOT eligible for cashback, unfortunately.

lifted from camera box website
European Stock Therefore No Cashback Just Cheap Prices

D90 vs D7 Canon, what you think guys?

Camerabox are a TERRIBLE company, asked for a refund over 30 days ago, still waiting for the money back...need to call up trading standards again to see what they're doing about it.

Does anyone know if Dixons.co.uk are UK stock?
Using code 3FEB the D90 + 18-105mmVR is £738 before Nikon cashback.
Would be even less if the Dixons code works with Quidco or TCB

I purchased my D40x from Dixons and that was eligible for cashback, so I reckon so.

Sorry cold, because From their website...
"European Stock Therefore No Cashback Just Cheap Prices "

Makes it more expensive than Jessops
£649 - 3% pre VAT quidco (16.57) - £60 cashback = £573 delivered... (Or £589 w/o quidco)
