chocolate and teapot spring to mind

And yet it kills bacteria and Norovirus .... yeah, sounds completely useless
What will these many hand sanitiser experts do with all their free time once this is over?

They'll go back to picking on Gillette and suchlike.

To be honest I don't see much point in buying alcohol-free sanitizer at the moment since we are wanting to protect ourselves (and others) from a menace that requires duffing up with alcohol(if no water is available) or soapy water(if it is available). Alcohol-free sanitizer just seems like it is neither one thing nor the other.
They contain biocides that kill viruses.

Aqua, Benzalkonium Chloride, Didecyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride, Amines, C12-14- Alkyldimethyl, N-Oxides, Sodium Ethylhexyl Sulfate

Possibly, but even it is the case, it takes much much longer than alcohol normally.

Your point is invalid unless you can find me a quality source that supports that these work against coronavirus in the manner it will be used.
Because they’re used in clinical settings as biocides
