I want one but some reviews put me off. 😪
The standard karcher one from Screwfix is £65. This or that?
Poor reviews
I purchased the 135 bar from amazon for £100 a couple of weeks ago and would recommend Nilfisk.
I had a karcher basic model, lasted one use before packing up and took back for a refund, picked up a nilfisk again basic model around same price of £100 at the time, it’s still going strong after 3 years.. sorry I can’t quote the models, but I can say i have a drive for 5 cars cleaned once a year and 2 large patio areas, I had thought the job was to big for the basic model but the nitfisk handles it no problem at all

Don't! Like any reviews, good and bad in all.
I've owned this model for 5 years now and it's still going strong! I've used heavily on my patio, and use all the time to wash my car so it's been put through the works! Cracking bit of kit and at this price a steal IMO
Mine died.. only used 7 times. Amazon didn’t even offer an exchange. The just refunded me and told me to do whatever I wanted with it so I contacted Nilfisk to try arrange a repair and they simply fobbed me off.
It it was a good machine when it worked but I won’t purchase again even at this price.

The 135 is a very nice unit but is induction. The c110 (5m high pressure hose) and c120 (6m high pressure hose) are universal so different machines and not the same build quality. However they are popular and used correctly are pretty fair. I would pick them over a Karcher K2 as the flow rate is better but after the K2 Karchers reciece better motors and often get 3 years or more warranty. The c135 is when Nilfisk start to receive their better motors but 2 years guarantee.

Also as far as I am aware (we have one, 6 years and still going storung) the karcher has a plastic water tank and the nilfisk a metal one - karkers go pop if you leave water in them over winter!
My Nilfisk has outlived any other brand of pressure washer I've had. If you have patio washing in mind I'd definitely get one with the "broom" attachment as it makes it far quicker and less messy!
Great machine. My first one lasted six years. On my second now. They are sensitive to air, and require little bit of time spent running water through before they work. The longer the hose, the longer you wait. There is no better machine for the money.
Found the opposite, cheap plastic rubbish, the main function works ok but it's the wheels and accessories that are junk, my wheels cracked and broke after 3 uses
I got the C125 version last year and also invested in the drain clearing attachment which has already paid for itself several times over by unblocking my own and my Dad's grids. Found it can be a bit sensitive to slight drops in water pressure compared to a friends Karcher I previously used to borrow, but considering it was half the price, I don't mind.

The gun / lance part started to leak the last time I used it so I emailed Nilfisk UK directly and they sent out a replacement with no fuss at all so can't fault the support either.

They will all go pop if you leave water in them over winter. Ice cares not whether plastic or metal is trying to stop it.
I had one and it stopped working after a few uses. Amazon have just replaced, will see how this one goes
Does this come with an attachment to water butts. I dont have an outisde tap
If you're using a water butt supply you really need an in line hose pipe filter as there's usually a lot of crap in the water and only a small filter on the washer inlet. Not that easy to source as I remember! Try eBay as a start. As the water level drops in the butt, so does the water pressure. Plenty of submersible pumps around and saw some in Lidl yesterday.
I have the wee nilfisk 110 got it on a deal on Amazon and still goin strong. Had it out yesterday for hours washing the yard there very impressive little machines much better quality than better known brands.
Is there much difference between this and the c110?
I bought a c110 August 2011 and is still going strong even recently connected an X hose which handles without issue.
Best 39.78 ever spent.
If I were to get another I would be going for this c120.

As I understand it they're very much the Onkyo of pressure washers
I bought one of these for my dad's birthday bundled with the patio & car cleaning kit and drain cleaner for £95. I don't know if I got ripped off but I know that he absolutely loves it.

And having bought a second hand Onkyo AV amplifier (for very cheap) I see what a dog's dinner of a design it is!

But like washing machines, there is no guarantee that there will be much resemblance between that and today's model - especially when it is described as "new".

I wouldn't be put off. I've had a couple now and used them for years and often. They are very sturdy and do a great job! For the money you won't find better and I've had a few different makes including Karcher (which are noway near as good).

Have you got a view on the Bosch EasyAquatak 120 High Pressure Washer.

It's also on offer and was thinking the "brand" is more reputable?
I got the cheapest Nilfisk there was in 2009, a C100 for £43.86, and it's still going strong. I'll take a cheap Nilfisk over a cheap Karcher anyday.
I've never used it, but Nilfisk as a very good brand and reputable. All depends what you are using it for. If it's car washing, patios etc I'd save your money and get Nilfisk everytime.
I have C110
Both have same 1400W motor and same flow rate despite C120 having more pressure so how does the maths on that work?

I'd like to know this too. Much difference, if any?
Got mine delivered on Sunday. Been eyeing on this for a while. Thanks OP
