Bought an RAC power washer and took it back today to Argos after it packed in for the 3rd time. Thankfully before the warranty. Had looked at the nilfisk range previously and surprised found this centennial model at 99.99 with comparable specs but with a wind up hose. 10 to the refund and am very happy, very small and light. TCB too. With a 2 year manufacturers warranty and argos's brilliant customer after support.

Do you have a mode number for this? Cant find one or Argos website
If you want reliable pressure washer - Karcher is the only one to go for. Others will give you more trouble than use.
Rimi I have to disagree with you on this one. Nikfisk are excellent pressure washers with metal pump heads. Karchers are plastic right to the high range models. If you work the karcher a bit hot or the cold frost gets to them the pump head warps/cracks and you have a BIG problem. I woukd pick Nikfisk over karcher every time. Btw I am a pressure washer engineer and have had to fix the yellow stuff time and time again

At one time I would have agreed but Karcher don't make a solid lasting product anymore, had two pressure washers die before there time.

My Karcher lasts 3rd year, used every 4th day all year round...
Nilfisk...well,tried them couple of times and they were not up to the job of proper car wash, broke down in just 2 months of usage.Real crap and people don't be fooled by others telling you here how good Nilfisk are;they just have bought crap and want to prove to themselves non-existent facts. I am really sorry for them.
agreed
Bought my Dad a Nilfisk on recommendation they were better than karcher. utter junk.
I am a main dealer for karcher and nilfisk and would love to show you a picture of the workshop filled with yellow stuff in for repair. Karcher have even changed the colour of their industrial machines as the poor quality of the yellow was effecting the industrial sales. The FACTS are that nilfisk have metal pump heads and karcher have plastic. Prolonged use of plastic pump heads causes them to warp which leads to leaks and knackared machines. Plus I would not advise using this for a car wash. I bet you also use your machine on an extension lead and chemicals with a big nasty X on that over prolonged use dulls paint work. I do not give advise on non exsistent facts. I have seen these machines in everyday use and am more than qualified to make a recommendation.

hi, I've had two karcher pressure washer over the last few years and both failed with water leaking from the pump (one high end model and the other mid range model)... Ive looked at nilfisk but still unsure what to buy - how about Bosch or Black & Decker...?
