Nooooooooo! I just paid £110 for this in Screfix yesterday. Nice little washer.

If people are voting cold because they think karcher is better, read about the karcher impellers. They're plastic, whereas nilfisk have metal impellers.

nearly bought a karcher yesterday think I'll go for this instead...
we use Nilfisk gear at work and it never lets us down

Great deal.

As said above, nilfisk units have alloy pumps so more durable.

It would be easy to try and compare this to a K2 with the stated 110Bar pressure but you need to look at the figure not openly advertised, flow rate.

Flow rate makes a massive diffefence in cleaning. 100 Bar @ 15lmin would be far more effective than say 180 bar @ 8lmin.

Karcher K 2
1400w - 110Bar - 360l/h (6 l/min)

Nilfisk compact 110
1400w - 110Bar - 440l/h (7.3 l/min)

had one of these for 5 years +. No problems and we'll worth the money

Do you have a link to that?

The nifisk is only 80 rated bar compared to kacher k2 compact 110 rated bar. What do you guys make of this?

How would you compare it to the Vax VPW1WC Pressure Washer Complete - 1800W rated bar 130 flow rate 370 litres/hour same price argos.co.uk/pro…680

Nilfisk has better build quality and good availabilty of spares and accessories.

Extra pressure is acheived on the Vax by sacrificing flow.

Higher pressures are often acheived with smaller nozzles simply as a selling point with no real difference in cleaning power.

Good way to compare is to multiply pressure and flow.

110bar x 7.3l/min = 803
130bar x 6.17 l/min = 801

Personally Id go for the Nilfisk.

I'm after a new pressure washer and thought this looked good, especially with some of the comments on the thread. I thought I'd found the same one on Amazon but it appears they are different model numbers. I can't see what the differences are in the Argos one or the Amazon one and I would be really grateful if anyone could enlighten me.

This is the Amazon one.....amazon.co.uk/Nil…R5B

Did you go for this one in the end?
Ive flaunted with one for ages but didnt want the outlay just for one clean of some paving slabs.

Considering of can be also used on car, but reading into it seems as though they are ok (if careful) for the initial spray beginning and end, but still have to do the 2 bucket method.

Do you need an extra hose for these form tap under sink to the unit?
I have a hose on a real, hopefully could just use that, but its 30meter.

Does anyone know if this can used from a water bucket instead a hose pipe? Thanks

Thanks Callum looks like a good piece of kit

Great price
