Great addition to the Nilfisk C110.7 which was on prime sale a few days ago. The one that comes in the standard kit is for detergent whereas this accessories is used to produce a thicker foam, ideally for pre-washing cars. There are other sprayers avaliable but this item works with the "Quick Release" connector on the end of the lance which the other sprayers don't do. This one is also smaller so the weight is more manageable. Works with all Nilfisk Pressure Washer with Quick Release Only.

I agree that there are better ones available but I just can't find one with the quick release connector rather than the actual Nilfisk Connector. I have CP so find it difficult to disconnect between lance and snow foam every time with the standard connector.

Ah ok I see. You can find them on amazon, they're known as 'Nilfisk gerni'. There's plenty.

Genuinely curious. I bought the nilfisk a little while back, seems to do the job, but what makes one better than the other? Thanks.

Snow foaming is a process where the washing product is foamed over the car, you spray it on and let it sit and break down the dirt.

The difference between the nilfisk and other superior foam lances is its ability to foam. I.e the nilfisk comes out waterish so it just runs off the car whereas an autobrite will produce thick foam which will sit on the panel thus staying on the bodywork longer therefore breaking down the dirt better. Watch video for comparison.

Thanks. Makes sense, and I did think the foam was s bit rubbish, but thought it was the prokleen stuff.

Would be better if you actually posted a video comparing the right products. That shows the crappy one that comes with the kits, the one the OP linked to is far better and perfectly capable of producing half decent foam which he did actually say in the post and the correct reviews attest to.

Either way, you get better and more economical cleaning by spraying snow foam through a hand pump and not actually foaming it, just doesn't look as 'clever' if that's your thing. One advantage snow foam does have is when it's very hot it doesn't dry out as quickly but who wants to wash their car when it's hot

I don't see you putting one up either. The video was just an example of using a cheap plastic one compared to a brass one.

I don't need to but if I did I'd get my facts right first.

You obviously didn't look at what was actually posted and just assumed it was the type of sprayer that comes with the washers and is never intended to foam anything. Therefore the video and your comments are completely unrelated to the posted product so all you've done is mislead people

Lol, can't just admit you're wrong can you.
Absolutely correct, b1g1an. This has the air/water mixer on for thickness of foam and it does a great job

Well, you must be using it wrong. And so must I. And so must practically everyone else. Because someone on the internet says it's supposed to be rubbish
It is widely accepted by experienced detailers that thick foam does not equal better cleaning. Thick foam holds the product rather than releasing it to breakdown the dirt. This item will add a layer to the car, what product it contains is most important and it will serve it's purpose to pre soak the vehicle. It could work well with eight below foam. I think it may have been cheaper recently though.

I actually have this and i must say its not awful!
For the price its well worth it but i must admit for a proper wash ill always use my Atuobrite lance.

The nilfisk produces a decent foam with good sticking ability but dont use shite foam and expect great results.
