Tomorrow, Amazon.com will be enticing Xbox 360 HD DVD player purchasers with Bourne ... Jason Bourne. In an email sent to customers about their "10 Days. Ten Deals" promotion, Amazon.com revealed that on December 18th they'll be giving away the entire Bourne Trilogy (a $49 value) with a 360 HD DVD player purchase. This offer stacks on top of the bundled King Kong HD DVD as well as The Perfect Offer giving you nine free HD DVDs with player purchase. Good deal, especially if you're all about the Damon, the Bourne or the HD DVD.

4 films with the deal and 5 more by redemption

hmmm thought u could order from amazon us to the uk

sorry people

will this even work in the uk as were pal im sure that amaerica is NTSC not sure just thought mention it:santa:

If this was hot US Deals this would be hot.

There is no region coding on the HD-DVD's at present. A USA model will work fine with a UK 360 (Your DVD region will remain UK (Region 2)).

You would need to use a third party in the US to order the and accept delivery of the HD DVD drive (eg fromus2eu). They would send it on to the UK where you may have to pay customs (if you ask them to use USPS there are reports it may get through without customs).

Then it gets complicated - the free DVDs have to be sent to a US address so you would also have to use fromus2eu again although only one application can be made by each address. Even if they do get delivered then sent again to the UK by the time you've paid all the fees this is probably not worth the hassle....
