Not really but depends on what you cooking if using pressure cooker 6ltrs of food is a lot, even if air frying 1kg+ of chips in a batch will feed many. You can also buy accessory packs online/ebay/amazon etc which will allow you to cook multiple food types and pot in pot cooking with pressure cooker, Ie rice or vegetables in (pot in pot) and Curry/Chilli etc in main pot.
This one or the ninja foodi grill :/

Oh no! The description was box damage only. My box had never been opened but both boxes were torn, luckily that was it. They might replace it if you ask

It’s just the plastic part of the vent. I’m not too fussed as long as it works okay. Besides they are oos, unless they replace with new one.

They are meant to be brand new. Mine wasn't opened but something punctured through both boxes and stopped at the inner cardboard. Wonder what happened to them. :/
they have accepted the return of this unit and are resending a replacement with one from a NEW batch. If you are returning this they will send a DPD label, i ended up going to 3 places, ringing the 4th and then dropping at currys pc word, the 5th location becase all other locations rejected it, including matalan, saying the store room was full or they didnt have enough space for a big box.

Mine was as in 3 boxes altogether. Pita for you but I'd have gone the extra mile to get one too.
I cooked a whole chicken in 40mins last night, OMG it was

What makes mash so good? I have the Foodi too from this post (thanks btw ) but I’m thinking mash is pretty easy and needs no attention to just boil on the hob.

What I would recommend is chicken wings. After pressure cooking you can put them on the top grill to crisp up and because of the ease of opening the lid, it’s easy to add more sauce of your choice to get a good coat of flavour. I’d imagine ribs would be great for the same reason. Also did a whole chicken which was done in 40 mins, good and crispy, then prawn risotto which turned out surprisingly well too.

I’m putting off dealing where it’s going to be positioned long term, and the huge beast remains sitting awkwardly in the middle of my work surface...

I tried the McCain oven fries and they turned out nice and crispy on the outside. Will try chips from scratch one day. Today I tried mince meat patties. The sheet suggested 125g burgers but that’s a lot so I used maybe 80g But they turned out wowzwer awesome in just 12 mins. Juicy and succulent. Tonight I baked a cookie dough, recipe in the ninja book. Turned out Just awesome. I love how much time this saves compared to doing stuff in the oven or grill and having to keep and eye on it. I can see this is going to get some heavy duty use.

I usually do my chicken wings with skin on my kettle bbq with a dry rub and soaked cherry wood chips leave them to soak up the slow heat for an hour or more, lovely and tender on the inside and juicy on the outside . What’s good about it is that it’s energy efficient cooking. Need the weather to perk up.

I do the same too and they are not comparable to doing them in the Foodi, but I’m talking here more about convenience and speed. Plus they came out pretty tasty given the effort.
