This is an excellent processor, I couldn't get it cheaper on the High Street. I use mine every day in the kitchen as I cook everything from scratch. It can mince, chop, purée, blend, dice and can even crush ice to snow texture. (If needed for cocktails or slush's for kiddies!) It uses the 4 blade technology system which works on what ever you put in it from top to bottom. I have thrown the ingredients for a cake in there, mixed in seconds! I use it to make smoothies, frozen desserts, cooking sauces, chop nuts, dips, mince meat to make my own meatballs, blend ingredients for bread & cakes, the list can go on & on! Being a kitchen gadget junkie, I had all kinds in my cupboards, this has replaced practically all of them.
The buying power of QVC means they can get a good price & there are extra bowls not included on the Ninja website. A TSV is a Today's Special Value, a deal that is on for 24hrs at that special price or until stocks last. If you aren't already a QVC Member, it's free to get a membership, just ring the call centre, based in Liverpool, or create it online. This deal can also be taken on EASY PAY, meaning it will be taken from your chosen debit or credit card in monthly payments, no interest added, the p&p is added to the first payment, for this deal the payments are: £13.32 for 3 months. Also, with QVC, on everything you purchase there is a guaranteed 30 day money back guarantee, then 12 months guarantee. The customer service is excellent with QVC.
It is in three new colours, metallic black, metallic red & pearlised white. 500W might not seem like it's very powerful but I haven't found anything it can't handle in my every day food preparation, I wouldn't use anything else now & I was a gadget junkie, had every kitchen machine you could think of! I've been waiting for this to come back on as a TSV to purchase one for a friend & one for my mom. There will be several demo's of it, throughout today, on SKY 640 (sorry don't know on other operators). (Here's a link to the smaller model: qvcuk.com/Nin…n=2 ) With it being a new collection today, there aren't any reviews on it yet).
Here's the info:

It's a fierce bit of kit!!!

No idea why it's being voted cold, it is even £10 cheaper than Costco are selling it for?

Each to their own I suppose!

QVC bashers voting it cold, good deal.

I figured that may have been the problem, some people don't like shopping channels but QVC is just like buying from a store, it doesn't sell typical shopping channel tatt. I buy my makeup, skincare & haircare off them because they can beat Debenhams, John Lewis & Boots on price.

And u can use it for 30 days and then send it back for refund if u don't like it.

That's what I really like about shopping at QVC, no matter what you buy, if it's not for you, then you will get a refund in the first 30 days, minus the p&p & everything comes with a 12 month money back guarantee. I have never had a problem with exchanging or getting a refund of an item, like the dreaded H20x5 steamer. Of course you can't use practically all a product & send it back, I have to admit, I did that once to trial a shampoo I had never used before (I have allergies so have to be careful what I use), they weren't too happy at all when I sent it back!

Just ordered a white one, can't go wrong at the that price and of course if you're not happy you have the excellent QVC 30 day money back guarantee.

You can get the same processor under the Andrew James label for half the money (e.g. amazon)

Not the same capabilities. This can crush ice to powder/snow form which would knacker the blades on most processors, unless you're willing to cough up a good wad of cash. I have to be very careful what I eat due to anaphylaxis of an known origin, so I make my own desserts using frozen banana's as the base for the creaminess, my other kitchen machines couldn't handle blending frozen foods in this way.

If you crash ice, your blades in any mixe/blender will last 5 minutes and then go blant. I also make my own food including minced meat, because I don't trust the supermarkets. I don't own either of the above but have found that most kitchen machines are manufactured by one factory and sold under many different brands. The Ninja is just one of them, and it is one of the more expensive brands because it's owned by JML.

Had mine over 12 months and blades are still as good as new & I use ice & frozen fruits all the time. That's my experience with it anyway, passing that on to members who are interested in it.
