This looks something like what I need - something with 600+W with this style of cup - has anyone used these before? I've never bought from Hughes - what are their after sales like?

I have a ninja mini and it’s perfect for my needs. Mainly making my protein shakes and fruit smoothies.

Mixes great and crushes ice with no problems and takes up little work space.

Please note mine didn’t come with any sip and seal lids. Think a lot of people report this as they are normally a extra. It didn’t bother me as I only use at home.

I cannot comment on Hughes as I have never used them but I think they are a reputable outlet, check trust pilot for peace of mind.

Yes, they are reputable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them.
Seems to be the same price directly through Ninja: ninjakitchen.eu/uk/…er/

Also fair few other blenders discounted there if this model isn't right for you...
