Do they take payment straight away or when dispatched?
Ahhh the new 3ds Nintendo Selects range is arriving; expect to see these cheap over the next few weeks
Will wait to see what others do this shop charges upon ordering and don't ship till one day before release if paying for first class they claim 2-3 days but no where does it mention faster shipping option can delay when shipped.
Ive just looked this up and what is mentioned above is the full first range of 3ds selects that will be released on 16/10/15

My apologies, may have helped a tad more had I mentioned a release date.

Thanks mate.

No worries mate,I think 2% quidco is possible unless it does not apply to pre-orders for whatever reason?
Nintendo games getting official price cuts in the UK. Never thought I'd see the day.

Nintendo select games are quite big news, but and its a big but Ninty haven't released any pricing info anywhere so this 'preorder' might not be as cheap as they turn out to be on release elsewhere. Just a thought.

If that is close to the price a lot of starfox 64 3d copies on ebay will now become reasonable at least!
zelda is the clear stand out title in this. All decent for that price though
Odd its zelda link between worlds yet the older ocarina of time is not mentioned.
Selects range. Booooo.
Oh no,different and ugly packaging? very poor resale value and no good for collectors.
HEAT!
Should bring the starfox from Gamecube really enjoyed that one!

Re-releases are almost never good for collectors or resale value. Not sure why you thought it might be different now?

X) You must be very young - they've been doing it since the GameCube days. Edit: Apparently earlier than that too!

Just ribbing ya

I said bad for re-sale value and bad for collectors.obviously it won't affect those who are not bothered about packaging and just want to play!

I didn't think otherwise! I just said what re-releases are going to be like..as always..

Ah - the comment just came across that way.

The Internet - bad for context since the 1990s
This pricing isn't particularly hot in my eyes. Probably the best game on the list is the Zelda one and that was going for £18 retail months ago.

Which I always find quite funny since the 'selects' versions are more or less always rarer, which should make them MORE desirable in collectors eyes

In the interest of balance; I quite like the art style & red theme on the 'Selects' range.

It's £28 now though! thegamecollection.net/the…tml
Luckily I grabbed a copy of the original release over a year ago for £10 from a amazon lightning deal...
Zelda a link between worlds is amazing and should be more successful than it has been and is one of the greatest 3ds games.

Yea I agree with you. The Wii versions of Nintendo Selects are more uncommon than the bog standard ones for sure. There are some which land up being more common for some reason like Sonic Adventure DX & 2 on Gamecube and 1080 on N64 for example, but, for the most part they are far more uncommon.

I really don't get this "collection" stuff. So what if it's in a different box. Are you going to be buried with your game collection in 50 years?. Or are you going to pass it on to your grandchildren who will be playing with Star Trek hollo decks and will laugh at your old games, do you think they will care that your Zelda game is in a box with selects written on it, will that upset you when you are 6 feet under?

I really don't understand this collection rubbish, they are games, no one will care about your collection when you are dead. Just like no one will care if your games are on disk or digital, you will be dead in a short time and no one will care about your games, trophies, or your body fat percentage, get over it already. It shows a real lack of intelligence. I could understand if you were immortal and wanted to collect junk, but you will die, and you can't take your junk with you.

To be fair, you've said it all right here. Some people are collectors and hoarders, others are not
Did my bad habit of buying the deal before voting hot or saying thanks.
Thanks, Buzz!
