I'd have been all over this if it had included Yoshi's island as a download. Still a good price for a limited edition though.

They will more than likely announce a bundle soon but for those that aren't aware of this coming out it then it's a head's up! Also looks pretty nice for a Yoshi handheld

I love this and collect all the consoles but every single XL I have purchased has dropped since, I'll hold out for the £160 mark that all my others have hit. Nice console!

what's with NOT including a power supply ..cheapskates

Cold from me. Doesnt include the game, so £180 is extortion for a bit of green plastic.

Contrary to popular belief, most of these "limited editions" dont hold their value well at all unless kept sealed.

The Zelda 3DS XL with game for £180 at launch was a DECENT deal, this is just ridiculous though.

I personally think they are releasing too many different 'limited edition' xl consoles. Somehow they don't seem very special anymore

GAME .... now have a bundle including the console , game & pre order Egg Case too for £199.99 ;-)

only the pikachu ltd edtn increased in price due to popularity with pikachu loved around the world. nintendo characters are not as sought after.

to that end anyone want to buy mine brand new and sealed :-)

£179.99 is the list price so £179.84 hardly is a deal, cold!

Would be a rip off with the game included. Without the game is daylight robbery.

Despite it not being that great of a deal, I wish I had this much in the bank to get it for my partner who loves Yoshi :-D. May save up and hopefully by the time I've got the money, it will have dropped in price, not an essential and she won't use it lol. Same would happen if it was Sonic lol, I'd want it but wouldn't play it, they should do that though!

Doesn't matter how much you love Yoshi, since Xmas you've been able to get a 3DS XL for £120-140 from various places in various offers.. sometimes with a game and/or charger included.

£179 just to have a picture of Yoshi on it? Cold.

What's the best bog standard 3ds xl deal on at the minute?

It might have more to do with the EU having that thing about too many chargers being produced and getting the whole mobile industry using micro-USB. Nintendo's handhelds should be chargeable by micro-usb.

Absolutely cold No Game No Charger. How the hell it got this much heat is very strange. Could get a Wii U console near enough with this price

Yeah, it does really makes you wonder . oO

rubbish price imho , paid £125 for a silver 4.5 version with monster hunter, circle pad pro and charger due to amazon cock up

I voted hot without realising it had no game. Not so hot

No game, not really a great deal

Personally I don't see a huge difference in a downloaded copy of game or hard copy. Prices for 3ds are shocking anyway considering how great value a 2ds with a game is at 99. Only difference is sore eyes and the ability to flip it

Hi, I bought mine from Tesco and I've got a question: I've got other 3ds xl's and they're sealed. But my Yoshi edition, whilst brand new, has no seals whatsoever on the outer box. Did other people's come like this?

For what its worth my Pokemon, Fire Emblem and Zelda editions had seals, but my Luigi edition direct from the UK Nintendo store did not.
