With this massive influx of rrp consoles hitting the market now i'm really starting to feel sorry for those caught out by the scalpers pre Christmas.

although rrp i'm giving heat as this spent so long at an inflated price that rrp almost feels like a deal, only Nintendo (or Apple) could pull off such a feat lol.

This is probably going to be the hottest RRP deal ever

Heat added.
When I sold mine to CEX just after release (for a small profit), I justified it by saying I'll buy it from Amazon when back in stock. But to be honest, after the first hour with it I got bored pretty quickly. The type of games on this are more suited to a handheld, in my opinion anyway.

I'm in no rush - I'll wait until CEX drop their prices and buy it back, most that were sold to them were probably brand new anyway
I wish I could pay £70 and get all of these on the swtich
Cold! Not Nintendo switch

Is that better than strawberry trifle
There are cheaper boxes on eBay going for £20! Why is this any different? Also a raspberry pi can do the same with the right emus so why buy this??

Because emulating is stealing?

I don’t feel sorry for them. If it wasn’t for people paying inflated prices there wouldn’t be any scalpers. Meaning people who wanted something could actually get it at rrp. I was lucky enough to be online at the time they went up on launch to get on release date but many weren’t so luckybecause of scalpers.

Because there is zero setup with this, you literally plug it into the telly and your up and running... no googling for roms and setup details.

Yeah but you can have more on it once you’ve set it up it’s easy to add and delete stuff

You're still going to be Googling for ROMs because you'll want to mod for extra games. Imagine paying £70 for just the games that it comes with.
I've just cancelled mine, and reordered using code BIGTHANKS which is £10 off of £50 spend

I paid 70 quid for just one of these games back in the day.
The novelty wears off real fast...
Absolutely love mine still. Have added a couple of hundred games with hakchi2 but mainly play a few that I’m getting to 100% completion while trying not to use the skip back feature when I die.

Just wish I had more time to play it.

That was the RRP? Something like £160 today? To think people complain about the price of Switch games.

I hate it when you get the wrong emus. Usually ostriches in disguise in my experience. Don’t stand for it people! Get your emus verified to ensure they are indeed right and don’t settle for other cheeky feathered imposters!

It was an import copy of FF3. RRP was normally 39.99 though.

I own one and I’ve googled for nothing.. I’m happy with what’s on it.

Additionally this comes with two really nice snes pads that you don’t get with a pi.
Epic deal snes got £59.99 cheers !!!!

I don't suppose you know how they compare to the SNES pads that you get for <£3 from China? I use China pads but have nothing to compare them to as I didn't have a SNES the first time around and haven't yet bought the Classic mini.
Great stuff, been sat on a £50 voucher unsure what to buy, you've made my mind up, cheers!!!

Me too I paid £48.99 for mine I had £11.00 promo and BIGTHANKS £10.00
Had zero plans to spend money and just used the code to get a SNES. Dam you but thanks OP lol

Cheers, was on the fence whether to get one but couldn't resist at £10 off the RRP
I was dithering then I remembered that when I had my original SNES I bought super street fighter turbo cartridge for 69.99! I'd be mad not to at 59.99 for all these games.

Howdy, ya'll know any of these scalpers with tickets for the Superbowl?

That would be super awesome dude, have a nice day now
Many thanks for the BIGTHANKS code.

Republic of IRELAND: Amazon order with BIGTHANKS code, works out at 73 Euro, shipped to Ireland with 'Free' shipping.

Not too shabby. Didn't really need this, but.. there you go. There's a very active modding scene for this console, which is a distraction in itself.

I want this but will I use it more than once
Cannot believe how hard these games are. Thank goodness you can save anywhere.
I've been debating getting this for months now and I wasn't sure if I'd use it but I really want it and it'll be really fun to play Mario Kart with my girlf-- OH GO ON THEN.

Really? I am still having street fighter tournaments with my mates!

Loving Earthbound too. Worth the money and Cex pay £80 voucher if I ever do get bored. Personally, I love it. Just reminds me of being a kid.

Only console my wife will go in with me!
Big respect to Chanchi32 but if someone else posted this, would it get this much heat for rrp? Heat from me.
Cold, not a deal.
COLD....these can be had from CEX second hand for £80

Joking.....Hot!
