    Are you sure, I was given multiple delivery slots to pick from, including 28th. Perhaps 28th was the default pick and you need to change it to what you want, there's also local pickup option.

    Just double checked and it took a month for the voucher to come through, it was linked to a booking.com sale so hopefully faster with AO. I've definately no issues using it again put it that way

    Exactly the same issue. I spoke to AO and they assured me that this is normal. If there continues to be a problem then to get in touch with them directly to try and sort something out.

    Who knows? I didn't want to risk ineligibility for the £50 offer, especially as saving £20 on the regular Switch at £2/9 would bring you down to £239 and therefore under the £250 spend threshold.

    Our switch has just arrived, Viuchercloud account still doesn't indicate tracking of the offer, although the email I got yesterday does.

    I only just found mine in time. No notice from Vouchercloud or hotukdeals follows. Guess expired posts don't notify.

    Managed to cash mine in with just 3 days to spare thank goodness.

    I reckon they must avoid hundreds and thousands of people that never claim.
