Which of Batman’s new allies will you choose to trust? And how deep into the darkness will you let Bruce descend?

Includes access to all five episodes in this all-new season from the award-winning studio, Telltale Games.

How well doe these run on the switch? I don't mind 30fps but I've heard these games are notoriously bad with massive fps issues

Been playing through the first myself and had no fps issues as yet, a little bit of input lag (Nothing that would cause a problem and I've had the same issue on PC) and the odd bit of transition slowdown but that's been it. The engine was getting on the clunky side by this point but far from unplayable.
Cannot see this in Gaming
Which series is the better?
Just wondering, is 1 better than 2 / 2 better than 1? If 2's the better, would you need to know whatever story you missed from 1 or is it a standalone story?
I'm thinking of maybe dipping my toe into the world of point and click, not sure it's for me or not so wanting to commit to 2 games right away
Who's porting these games if Telltale shut down? :/

I've played both 1 and 2 on Android and enjoyed the first one more. It is a continuation from the first but if you haven't played 1 you can still play this as you get an option at the beginning to make some choices from the first story and it will tailor the plot according the the choices you make.

1 is far greater than 2 for sure.

S1 is easy to follow, fun, engaging and definitely a great entry point for point and click games. Plus the story works really well as a one-shot/standalone

2 just feels dried out and drained of inspiration but it also lacks the engagement the first had, you'll find yourself trudging through so much before you reach the good points (which when there, don't last for too long)

These are the amongst the standout games from the current sale lot and well worth a separate post mate.

Input lag and transition slow down in any non-switch based gane would normally be scandalous. Weird its accepted on the switch.

As I mentioned, it happens on the PC version as well and never really interferes with gameplay due to the style of game being point n click with slow QTE and choices. The Telltale engine (Which is the same one used for all their games) was really creaking by the point of the Batman games as the higher ups never bothered to invest in improvements and kept trying to wring out another game before it collapsed which caused porting problems as well as porting won't fix something that's decaying at the core. The studio just happened to go up in flames first.
