Quite an awkward product given it blocks all other access to the cigarette lighter socket, especially as this only delivers 2.4a max.

Be better going with something like this from Anker:
smile.amazon.co.uk/dp/…90H

That'll give you the same charging power on both sockets as opposed to just one that specifically has to be USB C.

How does that even make sense this charger is specifically for the switch... It does what is says on the tin.. It has to be USB c because guess what that's what a switch has and you don't need more than 5v 2.4 to charge the switch... I can understand if they posted just a charger for phones etc.... Heat from me as its a good price for a Switch in car charger

The point being that "specifically for the switch" is nonsensical when the Switch uses a widely adopted connector in USB C. So why limit yourself to only being able to charge one thing at a time (and not have the luxury of a detachable cable) when you can buy a device for roughly the same price that gives you extra flexibility and double the ampage of this when only charging one device.
Can buy a charger cable for £1 and the adapter for £1 in most cheap crap shops. Super cold
