It's time to Switch!

You can play with Nintendo switch having it connected to your television, but it is also a system you can bring with you wherever you go! The Switch is a brand new style entertainment system.

In October 2016 we got introduced to the Nintendo Switch console, together with Nintendo Switch Dock, Joy-Con Grip, and two Joy-Con controllers, as well as the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller.

Nintendo DNA The original Nintendo Entertainment System brought two controllers with it, Game Boy made it possible to play on the go, Super NES added X and Y, and L and R button to enhance the fun. Nintendo 64 offered the World's first analogue control stick, and introduced a rumbling controller with the rumble pack. The Gamecube had a handle allowing it to be carried around. Nintendo DS added a touch screen, the Wii remote allowed for motion control, and the Wii U Game pad enabled us to play games off the TV.

Now, Nintendo Switch has inherited all of these magnificent features, which have been implemented with all the experience Nintendo has making gaming devices, each one giving us constant improvements.

No more region locking! Nintendo announced that the new console will not be region locked. Now you can enjoy games from all over the World without having to worry about compatibility.

A complete video game system for the home Connect it to the TV to play games. If you want to play away from the TV, simply remove the Switch from the Dock and you can use the Switch as a screen. Attach the left and right Joy-Con controllers and you can continue playing anywhere.

Now you have the freedom to change your play style!

  • 3 play styles
  • Touch screen
  • Wifi connectability
  • Supports USB Type-C
  • Battery time ranges from game to game between 2,5 - 6,5 h.
  • Up to 8 Nintendo Switch systems can be connected for local multiplayer gaming

Great price, never heard of the supplier though.

You're obviously not cool then.
Great deal OP, just wanted to add a few things as well for the differences as I’ve noticed:
1. Of course the battery life is much better, Nintendo states 4.5-9 hours of battery life on this V2 model in comparison to the V1 model, which was 2.5 to 6.5 hours.

2. The screen, I’m not sure if it’s just luck or a difference in calibration however I’ve been through two different v2’s and two v1’s and the V2’s have warmer colour temperatures, so a slightly more orange screen, which I personally prefer as I was getting eye strain from the V1, with it more cooler (blue-ish white) display.

3. The other significant thing to mention that I haven’t seen in reviews is the temperature of the device, you’d only notice this in handheld of course but the V1 used to get extremely hot, especially when playing demanding games, however on the V2, recently been playing Pokemon Sword and it’s been cool and at most barely Luke warm to the touch, which was a significant problem for me too, I assume this is due to the efficiency improvement of the processor, but thought I’d add this for anyone who is interested

I've ordered a few things from them in the past and never had any issues.

They have a solid trustpilot score too:

You'll also earn points 22 days after dispatch coolshop.co.uk/minisite/t/point but it doesn't say how much you earn

Best price around, thanks.

Topcashback tracked okay at £11.91, making this about £247.

Bought Pokemon Sword and the physical edition of Tetris 99 from Currrys for £62. That includes 12 months of Switch online and six months of Spotify Premium.

Total of £309 for a whole lot of gaming, including the ever-growing library of NES and SNES classics (Super Mario Kart et al) included with Switch Online.

Happy with that. And even more happy that I can finally stop searching for Switch deals ....

Yes, it's an individual membership.

Best price I can see for the physical edition, which includes all the dlc (including single player).

Free delivery too, plus 6 months Spotify (which you could always sell on eBay for a few quid if you don't need it).

£20 is pretty good value for Tetris, Spotify, 12 months of online play, plus access to all those SNES and NES games...

They're good but I think they're based in Holland so it usually takes 3-5 days to get it.
Looks good price, thank you!
Im looking out for a good Mario Kart 8 deal. Can't believe there are no decent deals in stocks anywhere. Cheapest Ive found is £299 at Smyths
Great deal!
Got Mario Kart version in my cart but payment not going through...

Have a console only reservation at Argos as a fallback...

Thank You! ok cool, was gonna grab the 12month pass being sold for £17.99, but looks like its effectively the same being bundled with Tetris so will grab that instead.

I actually bought the digi dlc version of tetris on ours, but this lots a gift so wasn't sure how it worked - my online membership was free courtesy of the twitch/prime membership promo that was on. Thinking about it, i think that's single profile too
