I've money aside for black Friday, generally has similar deals to this (with games albeit) but you'll feel more comfortable with deciding if you want a lite after reviews are out
otta16/07/2019 16:03

[Image] It does

I’m not seeing that option anywhere

Are there any issues with buying this in the UK since it's a USA version?

No as it's region free

Shouldn't be, all the games are region free. Only issue might be the plug if it doesnt come with an adapter:)

No warranty. Don't know if Nintendo would fix anything for you if anything goes wrong
There's nothing to suggest it wouldn't be fixed, as per the warranty on the website but I guess there might be a get out clause somewhere else on their site. You've got 30 days as standard from the retailer, then a potential 11 months from Nintendo. I suppose if it's ok in the first 30 days it's likely to last for a while thereafter.

Romantic lol
I was all up for a Nintendo switch lite. £200 but then I realised some bundles are £280 for normal switch with 30 credit and a game plus the added extra of being able to remove controllers and dock for a bit more will help.
Thanks for sharing, happy I found it here
hitech are coining it in with all these imports on Ipads/switches etc.
Anyone know their supplier?
Anyone know the chances of this being an unpatched version?
amazing deal, im giving heat
If I want to play 4 players, how many controllers do I need to buy? (Some of the photo's of the controllers look add though the controller can be split in 2)
Great price Thanks for uploading the deal!

There was a good programme on the beeb about how many eBay/ Amazon sellers sell very cheap imported electronics. No longer available on iplayer but if you search google for “The Billion Pound VAT Scam” it’s on other video streaming services such as dailymotion.

New model is out in August. Better battery life
As well as the Switch lite there appears to be a new standard Switch coming based on the same chipset as the lite but operating as per the original Switch. Could have a few improvements or could be a cost cutting exercise who knows but it will look the same externally just be different inside. When this comes out is another matter but the patents have been applied for by Nintendo and I believe code exists in the firmware for this revised model. Might include more standard flash memory like 64GB and I guess there is a small chance it will have a 1080p screen and run in docked mode while portable but I suspect its main advantage will be much better battery life over the standard Switch and not much else will change. People like the latest thing so probably best to wait for that even if you want the standard Switch as prices for that will likely drop. I think it will be out by Christmas so perhaps we will see some very good Switch deals on Black Friday for the older model.

September for the UK, but worth waiting if you're on the fence. I don't think I've ever let my battery run out.

So you can play games as 2 players with the removable joycons? (are there button limitations?)

In September a revised current switch is being released with the processor found in the lite and better battery life so i would wait.
So I missed the delivery, but decided to go buy an unpatched version from cash converters. If I don't pick it up they'll return to the seller right? Save me a few quid on delivery.
