A fix has been found for this issue

i want them to release a clear black pair to match my pro controller
Talking about this with a buddy at work earlier. Black would be nice, but we both agreed that Gamecube purple ones with coloured buttons would be awesome. Nintendo would be missing a trick by not releasing themed controllers in the future.
Is snipper clips still £15 at cdkeys? then this would be a better deal than the smyths bundle.

I realised how nice purple looks after I saw it here. https://www.reddit.com/r/NintendoSwitch/comments/5yucj2/got_bored_of_grey_didnt_want_neon_went_retrocube/
You could try painting them yourself if you're handy enough
Aye.
I suppose it just seems a bit weird that in that instance the pads would end up costing 3 times the price of the game.
These will be a must have when Mario Kart and Splatoon arrive of course.
That just seems so long away I think I can wait.
60£ for a controller... or is it just good price compared the the rrp?
It's £60 for 2 controllers or £30 each, an Xbox or PS4 controller is usually a bit over £40 each.
Bomberman.
Mario in 2 weeks
Splatoon 2 testing in 2 weeks
Just for funs
i thought you need both of them on the console, so is it 4 seperate things, 2 controllers?
I love Mario Kart 8.
Was totally wasted on the Wii U.
Looking forward to it!
If you are using them attached to the console then yes you need both but if you're gaming on the television you can use these as separate controllers for multiple players or put them in a controller grip to use as a single controller. If you buy a switch you get 2 controllers in the box that attach to the console but you can remove them and attach the controller straps which makes them separate controllers. This is 2 controllers so you can buy this and use with the included controllers with your switch to let you play 4 player games like bomberman which is what myself and my family do.
Depends on the numpty holding it X)
What's more unreal are the people trying to justify it

I used to think it was mega expensive for flight sticks and steering wheels people would buy for the PC.. now when you see smaller controllers selling for such high prices the other ones don't seem so bad oO
Yeah you can -

Awesome! Hadn't seen those before, ordering now :-)
Edit: I can wait though as there's not much reason for another set of joy-cons yet.

Nice price for the grey ones though!
playing multiplayer like Fast RMX maybe? give each person 2 joy cons in a grip rather than an awkward single joy con sideways option
its £15.19 if you have a 5% off code, which as far as I know you can only get one per Facebook account? I've already used mine before
I think it's 2 per customer.
It's useful for playing 4 player bomberman as a family, you can also swap your flat controllers for a charged pair which are docked with the switch so you always have charged controllers and that when mario kart is out next month we already have a set for playing as a family.
Good price though
It is 4 player though, which makes it a bit less crazy - at least for me. If you wanted to play a 4 player game on PS4 or XBone then you'd probably spend about 3 times as much on controllers, even if you bought a big game (rather than a cheaper, download-only one).
Can confirm this works. Nintendo did not advise to do this in the patch notes for the update which they should of but i can play pretty much 10 foot away now with no issues so far.
Mario is 6 weeks on Friday (April 28th)
Cheers, will give that a go in a bit.
Edit.
LOL, so turn it off and back on again
Should have known, typical IT fix
