Personally, I was a bit disappointed with the game - would have loved to revive some of the old track and field - type memories, but thought some of the games and mechanics were just a bit all over the place. Also, there is no simple "let's play 10 random events" but only an individual discipline selector or the story mode.

I bought Mario Kart from Amazon Warehouse for £33 which said it was in used condition, arrived brand new sealed, but the box was smashed to pieces, call amazon and they refunded me the entire amount!

So treated myself to Mario Odyssey as well

This games on my list!

I found it very disappointing, me and my brother used to play for hours all the time on track and field, Beijing Olympics and London 2012.
They were fantastic, so my brother came round to try this and the mechanics as you say are a let down also cant believe its single event only no tournaments etc to make it fun and competitive. 😔 We ended up turning it off to play golf

I absolutely loved the old mario and sonic olympic games on the wii. This is a really poor game. Single event only is complete rubbish. Some of the games seems so poorly designed, the rugby sevens the camera is so zoomed and text is everywhere so you can't even see what you are doing. Its not even that simple to play for family. Is there any good games on this at all?

This is a good price however.
Ordered 👌🏻

Not being funny, but I think you would be better revisiting track n field proper via MAME. It did not dissapoint for me and was a very good revisit/nostalgia trip.
Great price for a brand new physical copy.

Mixed reviews - get rid if it's not to your liking. CEX pay £29 cash for it.
Great find OP
Great Price. Was going to bite but then read the reviews

Great price and heat added. I think I'm actually going to trade mine in though as I've completed story mode and only ever play it whenever I'm with my mates. I paid just under £30 using the now expired Tesco 2 Switch games for £60 deal and trading the other game in that I got using that deal
