AO don't appear to list it seperately on their main website.
Their ebay shop also lists Switch and Mario Odyssey for £319 but couldn't be the revised model if the image showing it's the box that comes with the £30 eshop credit is correct. They also list standalone Neon Switch for £280

I asked AO on twitter if they have stock of the improved battery life Nintendo Switch earlier this morning and they have responded 'I have checked with our supply team and we currently stock the version 1 of the Switch. We will have the 1.1 in the near future but we don't have a definite date for that.' So there's the answer
