Anyone used them before? Their contact address is in Hong Kong.
Take into account these Nintendo Switch come from Hong Kong.
I'm not confident about warranty terms.
I would prefer buying on a proper UK seller for a few pounds more, and faster delivery

Plus there's always the issue of import VAT and the associated processing fees.

I'd go with the earlier Tesco eBay deal at £253 (not neon though) if it was me.

Nintendo do global warranty - bought mine on launch day in Japan, had issues months later with the 1 of the joycons. Registered in the UK, entered serial number and filed for a fix. Sent me postage label to send to them and they fixed within 1 week and sent back.
Toby, or not Toby? That is the question

"By purchasing a product through our site, customers outside Hong Kong authorise Toby Deals to make arrangements of clearance of customs on their behalf for the products they have ordered. Our prices on our site are final and there won’t be any additional fees to pay when the product arrives."

Copied from their terms and condition. Should be no VAT

That statement alone sounds a little vague. Does anyone know if they provide a break down invoice at time of purchase clearly showing the correct UK import VAT pre-paid (similar to what Amazon USA shipping here would do)? If they do that, then fair enough. If they don't, I personally wouldn't buy it.
