Wii’lee good deal
Check your local Cash Generator too, I know they're not a choice retailer but they often sell these for £9.99.

I'd rather pay double the price than buy a console from there.
Only want a remote for it but they cost as much as a whole console for genuine ones. Might as well just buy this

So easy to hack and put games on. Still so much fun to play with after all this time.

I think...THINK, I may have a spare at the caravan if you want it. I'm not popping over there until this weekend, so I can't be sure. But if you want it, send me your details by PM and I'll pop it in an envelope for you.

What else do you have in your caravan? Couple of £45 xbox's and £1.99 PS4 pro's I bet

Booo! Moved house last year and just found mine in a box - great fun jumping around and multiplaying (for now ;-). That said, I’m only just getting around to Witcher 3 on my PS4, so I do have a serious ‘lag’ issue!

Jesus...
A mod shouldn't be dowsing deals. And if you are, you shouldn't be publicly announcing the fact.

Just because something is old, it doesn't make it obsolete. The retro gaming market should be supported. Not mocked.

I'm just messing with him.

I still have mine, but I haven't used it for ages. I'm not even 100% sure where it is. I managed to pick up a couple of the motion plus controllers from Game about a year ago, so we tend to use them now with the Pro controller when we play on the Wii U. Which isn't very often.

I think I've got at least 4 complete Wii consoles and remotes under my bed. Got carried away a year ago on eBay.

Also bought the Mrs a balance board, loads of accessories, 30+ games, hand picked for her tastes. This was 10 months ago, and it's not been touched

An editor. That's even worse!
If you can also find cheap exclusives such as Mario galaxy 1 & 2 then there's a decent little gaming bundle for yourself or a younger gamer who can look past the SD graphics

Or just mod it as others have said, its easy
These are much better value for money than a snes mini

Same - it's been sitting collecting dust for at 5 years! I still have my Wii Fit still shrink wrapped! I haven't even plugged any of my GameCube controllers in! May have to dust it down and set it back up to the projector...
Good price, heat added
I bought one recently hoping my 5 year old daughter would play Mario Kart with me, but I think she's too much of a scaredy cat at the mo
Such a bargain at this price. I still play mine every week. If anything I think it was an underrated console, despite the massive sales. Back then Nintendo did absolutely everything right, completely catering for existing fanboys, while also being innovative and marketing properly to entice new gamers, all at a sensible price point! Seems so long ago now though...

How did you manage that? I paid £130 for mine 11 years ago and that came with Zelda, Wii Sports and a couple of other games.

Yeah, for £20 a softmodded Wii, plus an external HDD and GameCube controller, will give you access to the entire GameCube and Wii library, not to mention all the NES, SNES, Master System, Mega Drive and other Virtual Console games. I sold mine when I modded my Wii U to play GameCube games and instantly regretted it because it was just so awkward to play Wii and GC games on the Wii U, having to use the Gamepad to go to Wii mode, then a Wii remote to go to the USB Loader, then pick up a GameCube controller to actually play. Fortunately Wii U modding has moved on since then and now you can launch GC games from the Wii U menu and play them using the Gamepad as a screen and/or controller, which is great, but considering the much higher cost of a Wii U and the limited number of must-have games for it, a £20 Wii is still more bang for your buck.
I never saw the fascination with the Nintendo Wii, to me the graphics were always poor as it arrived at a time when the PS3 / XBOX had HD graphics and the controls were very impractical for anything outside of the party game genre. Had it not been a novelty due to the motion controls and stuff like Wii Fit i think it would have flopped. It also had a serious lack of 3rd party made games.

Just such a shame that nearly every third party developer turned their back on Nintendo with the Wii U... But there all coming back now LOL

You should bust it out. I bet you miss the high pitched "Okay - step on me", or "Measuring....Measuring.....Measuring....Measuring....Measuring....Measuring....Measuring....Measuring...Done!"

There's a YouTube video where some Vlogger interviews a Wii collector, and he has some sort of limited edition exercise bike that was an official Wii accessory. Bit of a crazy marketing decision.

You can easily backload the SNES catalogue (plus other emulation) onto it. £0.00

The irony is lost on this guy im afraid.Must be a hipster.
The kids pulled the Wii out at Christmas and was amusing to watch a bunch of teenagers playing mario cart and stupid dance games - well worth the money for a silly games night
Had one for years, kids now older with tablets, phones and laptops. Were both on just dance 2018 on the wii half an hour ago.
Currently looking for cheap balance board, got mine out last month and batteries corroded , temp fixed with foil but think dead now
