"catalogue promotion voucher", Where is it?

you need to pick up a catalogue instore and go online to get your code. Involves entering details and the return is a minimum of £5 off voucher or a bigger prize

To be fair £19.97 is a good price without the £5 off !

Bad price - cheaper elsewhere

Edit - Sorry I was wrong - Play price is a marketplace price

2nd hand price at CEX (for example) is £6 for the game and £10 for the controller, so £15 new is a very good price.

Seems like a very old game (2006), and quite a learning tool for the Wii rather than a keeper - anyone have experience of this game.

The "game" is rubbish - might entertain for a few minutes, but if memory serves it's just ten mini-games designed to familiarise newcomers to how the wiimote works.
That's okay, though, as Wii Play's main selling point has always been that it's a good cheap way of getting a wiimote.

Haven't voted on this as the price (xx.97) indicates it's clearance so there's every chance it's store specific.

To be honest comparing new prices to CEX used prices is a waste of time, I saw two deals for mobile phones online where my outlay would be £20 (including £10 top up) yet CEX would buy the phone for £20 cash or £30 store credit, not to mention £6.50 quidco back on the phone purchases and whatever you could get for the sim on ebay.

TL:DR CEX are often more expensive than new for the savvy shopper.

Just been on Cex site and it's £15 for a second hand controller

Excellent. Thanks for posting. I need a third remote for our Wii so managed to reserve one for collection later.

Does anyone have a spare code that they can send to me as my missus won't know how to sort it out online??

Cheers

the games are fun for a short while. will keep the kids interested though.

I think tanks is the gem on the disc though. Playing through on 2 player was quite a laugh

worth it just for the controller.

I bought 3 controllers from ebay...imported from china of course.....but only cost me 15 quid inc PandP...ok i had to wait for 2 weeks....but hey worth the wait work fine

could buy pre-xmas, sure plenty of people will be needing an extra wiimote

Some stores will say sold out online but do have some instore. Also those stickered at £34. 99 will scan at £19. 97 and you can use your voucher.

Hi, Let me know , how will get the catalogue promotion voucher? What is that site?

is the £5 voucher in a currys or pcworld catalogue?

Great price, thanks OP!

HOT - As mentioned above, dont trust the stock checker. I picked one up earlier in my local currys after It showed out of stock online.

I got my voucher from a mag instore in Currys but I guess PC World will have them too since some stores have both Currys and PC World inside...

I got mine from Currys. Although the magazine says Currys/PC World on it, so will probably be in both.

The magazine is called "Gift Guide", it's black, can't miss it, unless it's behind the counter, which was where mine was, just ask a member of staff

BigM

Cold. £34.99 in both Dundee and Aberdeen

lol you fail. Read my previous post.

i had to ask behind the counter for the gift guide because they aren't on display, the voucher does work though. its jsut wether I can get a £5 off or not. Hot though as online price is still excellent.

has this finished - can't see on the website? Or is it instore only?
