Great price although new Wii U bundles should come with this ideally.

Is this true or do you mean to say the new bundles ought to come with this?

How do I order from Amazon France if I have an Amazon uk account? Also are there any urgency conversion charges or bank charges?

Or just plug it in and save 15 quid. You won't be that far from a plug socket and the charger cable is quite long to be fair.

Just login in using the details you normally use for Amazon UK on Amazon France (using Google Chrome) and follow the same steps as normal. As far as any bank charges are concerned, see here:

moneysavingexpert.com/tra…ney

If you pay in £'s there won't be any charges

isn't this around £18ish once you factor in postage? Still better than the UK price.

Yeah, but being Nintendo if they actually were to include it they'd announce it than do silent new bundles (much like books that get new reprints and aren't differentiated from the previous release).

I really hope that the next Nintendo home console has full third party support, solid online services and a great library of games. All of which the Wii U doesn't really have, now I'm not trying to hate on the Wii U because it's just how things are.

That camera on the GamePad would have been very useful had Wii U have Skype because who the heck uses Wii U Chat? There was a poll of Wii U owners on a different forum and most of them either used it once or didn't even know it existed, plus it was from a Nintendo fan-forum (it has something to do with GBA)!

So login into the France site using my UK logins and then choose to pay by pounds and I won't get charged anything extra like custom/conversion rate etc?

Edit: Just ordered one, used google translate page to English and there was a choice to pay by Pounds sterling or currency choosed Pounds and got the price. I believe there is no customs if buying within the EU.

This should be the standard battery...but it isn't.

I picked one up last time this deal was posted arrived quickly and has made wii u gaming much more pleasant.

Whilst you can plug it in, it's not a g 09 way for me to game because of where my sockets are so I'd recommend this.

heat added.

Wonder if it's worth buying one to stockpile for the future? 1st party accessories like this might become rare.
I've been unable to find an official battery cover for my Gameboy Advance (i know, i know, ancient), and the 3rd party ones don't colour match very well.. however the person who bought it off me didn't notice.
I've just had to order a gold battery cover for my Zelda wiimote from Nintendo US, via a Stateside friend, as Ninty Europe don't stock things like that.

pennies cheaper than when it was last posted --> hotukdeals.com/dea…307 still very, very hot.

FYI: ordered mine using the same method i.e. Amazon France as the seller, logged in using Amazon UK account, currency in pound sterling using their currency conversion, shipped to the UK. there are no hidden fees apart from what you see on the Amazon order page, no bank charges as it's a transaction in sterling and no import taxes to pay (one chap on the previous thread said their's even shipped from a UK depot). deal is totally legit and deserves all the praise.

This is exactly why I brought mine. I have one already in my Wii U gamepad and I brought another from France which is now in the loft. In 12 months time you wont be able to get these for love nor money... unless you have £100 to spend on eBay.

Keeping mine as a replacement.

Well worth getting one of these, battery life is easily doubled from standard.

Ordered one, recently started using the wii game pad a lot more and required a charge several times during a session.

Thanks OP ordered as find it annoying how often I have to charge the gamepad!

wish I'd have had this for my marathon Zombi U sessions. it convinced me to buy one within a week of playing it.

Tempting

Nice price, thanks for the heads up.
