Only £69 more of a reduction required to tempt me.....btw can you play DVD's on these or plug in a hard drive and play movies and music off it like you can with the wii?

well the original wii couldn't play DVDs unless you used homebrew which can be done on the wii channel through the wii u and with that play films from HDD

Decent deal. I just wish Amazon would lower the price of a brand new Wii U Premium back down to £189.99 again.

I can only pray Nintendo see this post... The Japanese Stock Exchange will be teetering on the edge of bedlam on the strength of your vast promissory wealth investment. Samsung shares have already crashed now they've learned you'll not be buying one of their £15 DVD players or upgrading your TV to one of their 2008 range of TVs which come with these things called infrared 'remote controls' and play movie files directly off USB drives.

I just hope you can live with being the cause of the world tripple dip recession.

Waste not want not. Some of us might struggle to find an extra £15 and will try to make do with what they have. If we were to save up to buy a Wii u we would want it to be able to do as much as possible and at least do what our Wii does at the moment. If only we all had spare cash to flash :-)

We will just have to put up with our existing dated equipment and hope that it doesn't interfere with the constant technology churn.
