I didn't particularly rate this one but a lot of people did. Never thought I would see this cross to the PC if I didn't already have the season pass for PS4 I'd consider this for a second pop as I'm over my initial disappointment...

The Complete Edition Includes:

Base Game

Dragon of the North

Defiant Honor

Bloodshed’s End

Ready to die? Experience the newest brutal action game from Team NINJA and Koei Tecmo Games. In the age of samurai, a lone traveler lands on the shores of Japan. He must fight his way through the vicious warriors and supernatural Yokai that infest the land in order to find that which he seeks.

Dragon of the North

This expansion opens up the Tohoku region, where the "one-eyed dragon" Date Masamune is secretly gathering spirit stones.

Defiant Honor

Fight your way through the Siege of Osaka's winter campaign as you follow the story of one of Japan's greatest generals from the Warring States period, the brave Sanada Yukimura.

Bloodshed's End

Join the summer campaign of the Siege of Osaka as the Warring States period draws to a close in this, the final chapter of William's tale.

Steam Exclusive Bonus

Enjoy wearing the "Dharmachakra Kabuto," a helmet exclusive to the Steam version of Nioh! You can claim yours by selecting "Boons" from a shrine.

Heat . Great game , if you like souls games mostly for the combat ,then you’ll love this . I find it a little like ninja souls meets Diablo style loot . Only negative I could say is if you love lore it’s not great in this game ( although is fun reading about all the real people the characters were based ish on ) and it could of done with more monster variety .
havent played the dlc but the base game is huge and worth it for this pric

My main problems were: 1. no consistent world. Felt like a collection of levels with an over map like Super Mario World in comparison to the connected world feeling of the Souls/Bloodborne games. It's been said a million times that the world and level design in these games is one of the biggest drawing points. 2. Enemy variation and repeating of bosses. 3. Hit detection and artificial inflating of difficulty where the enemy sometimes didn't seem to adhere to the in game rules... For example the hidden wall enemies would telegraph their throw one way and the projectile would go in the opposite direction straight at the player when you'd already dodged the telegraph, hopefully this sort of thing has been patched out.

The combat is pretty flawless though and fun enough to carry you through the campaign... It made even Bloodborne feel like it was stuck in molasses in comparison. Love it, it will be enough for me to re-buy this when it's about £10 on the PS4 as I bought the season pass but wanted to get rid of the game while it was still worth something after completing the base game (none of the dlc was available at the time).

Same. I played it and sold it and will buy again on pc when it’s verry cheap to play the dlc . I agree about the separate lvls but didn’t have many issues with hit detection and some of the bosses do feel like they have hugely overinflated hp but once you find their weak spot go down pretty easy . I also agree that the combat system is great and probably one of the best

it was this boss I was thinking of with the hit detection: video of me barely surviving on my 999th attempt. The feet would be (in game) around 10 feet away from you when they slammed down and still hit you... It wouldn't be so bad if it was an AOE that came from the attack but it was literally hit or miss depending on what the game wanted to do.

Agree most of the bosses were pretty easy, only had trouble with this one and the larger ones cause of the camera angles... Oh and that freaking toad!

Defo one of the best combat systems when you were fighting the humanoid enemies, I didn't get to try PVP but can imagine that would be epic too.

No idea why the quote button didn't work but please see reply above

Looking forward to this, very surprised when they announced a PC version.

Will this complete edition be coming to ps4?

Not 100% sure but a quick Google search suggests so.

If you've got a powerful enough PC to run it at closer to 100fps on the "quality" setting then I'd go for this version. It's night and day between the "quality" and "performance" versions in visuals on the PS4 but after playing 60fps on the performance version the target of 30fps on the quality setting is hard work.

This is regular ps4 mind, ps4 pro will alleviate some of these issues.

Fingers crossed it'll come to the west. The season pass has been cheap on PSN recently so maybe a preowned copy and a cheap season pass is another option

Bought it last night for 32, emailed them today when i noticed it was reduced and they refunded the difference right away, best place for PC games!!

I wish they'd tell us when these things are coming out on the pc sooner. Then I wouldn't have wasted money and time on the ps4 version.

Would probably wait for reviews on this as the team doing the PC port have been known for doing poor quality ports in the past.

Sort of agree with both of you. Hard to do a bad PC port due to architecture similarities but then see games like Nier: Automata getting minimal support from dev post launch problems. At least there are third party mods and clever clever people who make patches and fixes for these games that have problems.

Do agree on prices jumping up too bought Elex for £22.70ish the other week on pre order and it's £27.99 on CDKeys now and £35.99 on most others!

... I'm still debating whether I want to buy this one. I've finished it on PS4 and have the season pass on PS4... Just not the game as I sold it on having kit enjoyed the base game as much as I thought I would. Want to give it a blast again now though and go through the DLC..

They haven't confirmed unlocked fps support its likely just 60fps cap and if it is uncapped framerate only those with a monitor higher than 60hz will benefit which people many don't have and just play at 60

KT isn't so good with PC ports on top of that

Didn't stop the problems with Arkham Knight and Dishonored 2.

I'm still feeling bitter about Dishonored 2, that game should have been developed on id Tech 6 or UE4.
I've never spent so much time messing around trying to solve unwarranted frame rate stuttering.
