I’m voting cold on this one.
I don’t think it’s worth ~£1500 more than the Acenta deals at 8k miles/pa

Lol this did make me laugh. You are renting the car for 24 months and then you have it back.. They expect the car in a certain condition and the mileage has to within the agreed number of miles or you end up paying a surcharge

Heated seats and steering wheel are essential on electric cars the Acenta doesn't have these as standard so you'd be paying half the difference just for that.

Why essential on EVs any more than ICE?
Less leccy use than demisters/fans?

Because using the heater uses a heat pump powered by the main batteries.
The heated seats and steering wheel are powered by auxiliary battery so they don't eat into your range.

I've had both. Thought I'd miss the heated steering wheel but I don't really. As for the heated seats... They just make you feel like you've wet yourself and make your sweaty. I prefer fabric seats to leather.

I certainly don't think it's worth the price difference.

But the leaf windscreen steams up quite easily so you always need the air con on anyway.

I pre-heat while on charge and use the seats / steering wheel when moving. Never had a problem with steaming windows with that method.

I drive a PHEV and using demisters/fans even on low settings makes a significant when you have a lower EV range to work with.

Looks like I need to get on that RainX deal or shaving foam hack
A great price for a very decent EV. I've had one for 18 months now. 5p per KW to charge. Cheap motoring plus the car is full of 'kit'

I got an amazing deal 18 months ago but this beats it
