New to leasing but this seems like a good deal: £227 a month for 36 months (no large initial payment) 10,000 miles per year. seems like a good spec on a sort after SUV, welcome any comments!

Not voting hot/cold as unknown whether this is a good deal but leased a vehicle from broker YesLease, very positive feedback, swift and smooth transaction and extremely happy with my car that would have been at least £100 pm & £4000 deposit more from the dealer directly

I'm 2 years into a 3 year lease and all I can say is don't do it, as it is …I'm 2 years into a 3 year lease and all I can say is don't do it, as it is easily the worst car I have ever leased in some 21 years. Firstly the gearbox can at any moment in time decide you made the wrong choice and selects a different gear to the one you selected, not often but oft enough. Secondly the engine auto stop, start quite often stops working for several days and then just starts up again like it never happened. Worst of all are the brakes which often lock up trying to move the car from stationery and almost every time you try to reverse from stationary. My Qashqai has been back to the dealer 6 times and each time they say there's nothing wrong with it. Oh yes and the fuel filler cap, don't fill the tank more than about 50% because if you do there's such a build up of fumes in the tank the back pressure makes it almost impossible to open the cap and when you do get it open, you will get overwhelmed from the fumes as they are released and likely spontaneously vomit.

The stop start thing might be due to a low battery. I had this issue with my fiat. Worked fine once the battery git a full charge.

I bought a new X-Trail in 2015, had it nearly 2 years and had none of the problems stated above. I know it's not a Qashqai, but it's bigger brother, it uses the same engine, start/stop system and auto handbrake/hill start assist described.

I hadthis car for 18 months. Worst build quality ever experienced. Rattling dashboard from day one. Dealer never managed to fix issue.
Just to let you know i am looking for leases at the moment and this deal helped me loads. The processing fee at £300 is bit high compared to some lease compaines but still a strong deal for this car at this spec. Thanks

But it says production status = current model?

Not current model. There is no 1.5 dCi N-Connecta currently on sale. Stopped in April 2017 with the first version of the Qashqai J11. That has been replaced by the 1.6 dCi 130 N-Connecta.

You own electric then? Which probably caused more pollution creating it.
