The chimes are plugged into the mains, the bell push uses kinetic/friction power to transmit. There are quite a few 433MHz switches and sensors that use Piezoelectricity, as do watches and lighters.

Pointless that it saves you an extra £3 a year? Please highlight a negative with this concept as long as it’s reliable please?
I bought this a couple of months ago at the same price. I'm very pleased with it. The bell push is recharged using kinetic energy and works very well. However do note that the bell push is slightly larger than a normal battery operated one but that wasn't a problem for us. HTH.

Why would you need two receivers? Are Innoo Tech a decent brand? I bought a wireless doorbell from Aldi three years ago for £5, I haven’t changed the transmitterbattery yet.

Hmm maybe to put one downstairs and one upstairs?
Yes they are a descent brand.
It gets very good reviews and the whole lack of a battery thing is pretty smart. Hot from me

Two receivers plugged permanently into the mains, how is that saving the planet! And we both know modern electronics aren’t designed to last 10 years let alone 50

Fair point. My receiver is quite loud and can hear it all over. Maybe my walls are too thin

a decent brand - I’m wary of any company that has no address or phone number on their website
