Love Nandos. and adding heat but these prices are a bit high....(given that you are not getting the "experience")

These prices were the normal times prices.....

to get orders I think they need to adjust their prices....(personal opinion)

Mediocre chicken. They don't marinate it overnight anymore.

Its marinated for 2 months now
Probably getting rid of all that chicken that was stocked up in the freezer during the closures
Change "free" to "fee" in the title

That list isn't reliable, our branch claimed to be delivering but when we came to actually order it said unavailable
Ah they realised the £15 minimum PLUS delivery wasn't cutting it for people?

yessssss nandossssss
We’re unable to deliver to you just yet, but we’re working on it!

You're only 5 miles away....

Wow heat
Does anyone know if they still give NHS discount with the delivery service? And if so, how to apply it? One of the best things about going into the restaurant was the 20% off!

Delivery is usually more expensive, same price as restaurant makes it a good deal. You may not get the 'experience' but you get the convenience of not leaving the house

No, delivery is through Deliveroo so the NHS discount is not applied.

convenience of not leaving your house hmmmm I wama leave my house

also with the headwinds the economy is facing I think it would be naive to think that business would pickup where it left 3 months ago.

adapt & adjust to new reality.
My local store is not listed up there... but can I literally give a random (real) address and just stand outside to collect the order that they will be delivering to?... I will be paying in full after all
Never done anything like this before so I thought I'd ask!

Still waiting for my free sauce. That turned out not to be free at all!
Winner, winner, chicken dinner (quite literally)

I forgot I requested that!
Not delivering to me and less than 4 miles away... pity!
They’ve been paid tens of thousands of pounds by the government anyway. I haven’t got money to waste on greedy multinationals.

bit of Diamond White to start things off nicely eh?

That's put me off Nando's for life.

(Think what Gordon Ramsey finds in the kitchens of run down American foodshacks where he discovers chicken that's been left in a bucket for how many months, marinating in what the owner claims is his special sauce).

Rank!

What about the overheads for delivery? (where you qualify for free that is). In order to stay in business they will need to charge accordingly. After all, for the time theyve been closed they still have ongoing expenses. Hence the government protocol to offer loans to businesses. Why do you feel entitled to a discount? I just find it strange that you feel they should lower prices where other sectors have raised theirs!
Any way to still use the nhs discount and a nandos gift card with this?
Website needs sorting. If you want 5 sides you're only able order 1 of each
You know your doing well when you have a chain of stores like that

So expensive. A local peri peri place near me (check reviews for ones near you) is outstanding and whole chicken is £7.99. A meal deal with fries, bottle of drink, salad is £11.99. Nandos have it sussed out. Use McCain chips. They dont have waiters, you get your own cutlery/condiments and prices are extortionate. A family of four runs into £30s and up.
No London?

No London?

The list above shows many locations in London
Tried to order from them this weekend. After an hour or so, still nothing delivered. My hungry family members discussing what sauce to cook me with. Started chasing nandos/deliveroo - turned out they took my money, but then the order "failed", whatever that means. Apparently they failed to notify me about it either. They advised me to order again and promised full refund for the failed order. I ordered Domino pizza, even if that was a less healthy option.

I wonder if that was a nationwide f*ck-up, and they are trying to improve their reputation now ...

Many London. They're just not prefaced with "London" for some reason.
Nando's have partnered with deliveroo so will currently need to order direct through them. Seems to be only up 2 miles currently
