I think this only applies to foreign transactions, transacted in sterling currency at time of purchase / exchange abroad? Unless they have changed it since last week?
No foreign transaction fees any currency.
You won’t pay any additional fees on foreign transactions and there’s nothing added on top of the MasterCard exchange rate.
If only it had a period of interest free on purchases........

Post office better for me then
same as the nationwide select credit card but you get 0% on purchuses for 12 months..
No transaction fees because they already make money out of you on the forex rates.
How does this compare to Santander's Zero Credit Card?

Clarity card uses rates set by MasterCard which isn’t far off interbank rates apparently. This is a MasterCard as well but haven’t found any info to say it uses the same rates but it probably does.

I’m reading that the Tandem credit card is the new best travel credit card over the clarity anyway, as it’s a MasterCard too but gives you 0.5% cash back on everything spent abroad

Clarity is also good if you intend to pay off full every month as apr is high 18.9%.
However this Natwest has one of the lowest 9.9% Apr. on 0% foreign fee credit card.
Copied from their website.

No foreign transaction fees

What you should know

You'll still pay fees on ATM and cash advance transactions abroad.

Charges on ATM cash withdrawals rules it out for me. I'll stay with my Clarity card.
I use Clarity for purchases and Starling for cash.

Actually post office credit card uses MasterCard rates hence the same as this Natwest card
So how does Mastercard compare to this? eg. 500 euros

You are confusing the Post Office MasterCard credit card, and post office counters (cash) currency exchange service
Would this card be any good for buying goods from the European union and delivered to the U.K. been using PayPal but their exchange rate isn't the best.

Yeah it looks like tandem pips clarity as long as you can get 18.9% APR. Cant find any info of withdrawal limit abroad

Same for halifax clarity, tandem, creation, barclaycard and othets. The other thing is on those cards there are no cash machine fees either. On natwest they charge you 3% so withdraw £200 and you oay £6 for the privilege. Also cash interest is 15.7% which is less than Clarity so thats good.
Halifax Clarity has worked brilliantly for me for several years, highly recommended.
