As a computer tech guy, everytime I go to the parents house I get asked a question on how to do something on the computer or will I have a look at it as its not working right...

Next time I get called round I will make sure im wearing this t-shirt...

Maybe, but if you are a techie you would know why this is such a great t shirt. I might buy two so that I can wear them permanently...:whistling:

i have this

Sweet I'm going for one these, I might not be so plagued by the fam. Cheers OP

why bother making them in any other size than XXL?

Indeed.

Everyone thinks that just because you're a techie, its your sworn duty to fix/upgrade/etc everybodies computers for them free of charge. With little or no gratitude ever shown.

Because, I'm a 'techie', yet I spend 6 nights/mornings a week in the gym, I run 10k/half marathons for fun, and unlike you I'm not a simple minded moron either.

Fail much?

Nope - you can't be a proper techie with a BMI below 40...

It's the law.

It doesn't count doing it in Second Life you know...

My brother decided to 'upgrade' my pc, totally destroying it in the process. Fortunately it's his birthday later this month, so he'll be getting this t-shirt as a gift (i hope he appreciates sarcasm!)

tut tut lol :-D

Nice t-shirt might grab one myself I am forever fixing the neighbour's computers!

Excellent - I'm a computing student so get the call for IT help a bit too often. Hopefully this will put a stop to that or at least create a laugh

No I will not buy this t-shirt. My itchy and scratchy one got lots of compliments and strange looks today.

I was beginning to think that you weren't just a stereotypical computer geek after your explanation.
Then you said 'fail'.

my man is tiny but he NEEDS tgis top. they got an IT department at his work, and even the guys from that department ask him how to sort the computers!

Does he work at IBM?

lol loving all the comments. Was looking to buy this a few weeks ago but cheapest was 10 quid off eBay - so this is HOT and have ordered, thanks OP

No, I use the "I read your emails" one for that

That or the "User error" one...

Expired :-(

It's the same in any useful profession. My brother used to be a mechanic and everyone wanted their car fixed and then he became a financial adviser and everyone wanted to know where to put their money and what mortgage to get.

You are only safe doing something like politics. Nobody is likely to want you to come round to urinate on their back and tell them it is raining

Great Shirt!

It hasn't expired yet, I just bought one.

Shirley the coolest are those paying extra for a logo so they can advertise for the company?

For all us techies............

A woman in a hot air balloon realised she was lost. She reduced altitude
and spotted a man below. She descended a bit more and shouted, "Excuse
me, can you help me? I promised a friend I would meet her an hour ago,
but I don't know where I am."

The man below replied, "You're in a hot air balloon hovering
approximately 30 feet above the ground. You're between 40 and 41 degrees
north latitude and between 59 and 60 degrees west longitude."

"You must be in IT support", said the balloonist.

"I am" replied the man "- how did you know"?

"Well," answered the balloonist, "everything you told me is, technically,
correct, but I've no idea what to make of your information, and the fact
is I'm still lost. Frankly, you've not been much help at all. If anything, you've delayed my trip."

The man below responded, "You must be in Management".

"I am", replied the balloonist, "but how did you know?"

"Well", said the man, "you don't know where you are or where you're
going. You have risen to where you are due to a large quantity of hot
air. You made a promise, which you've no idea how to keep, and you
expect people beneath you to solve your problems. The fact is you are in
exactly the same position you were in before we met, but now, somehow,
it's my fault!!”

I don't get it, Whats so good about an unbranded t-shirt with naff logo on it? (haven't voted either way).
