It is still £75 but I don’t own an 8 litre car and want a trusted brand

FYI: the 1000a GB40 version is on offer for £79.95
I did consider the 40 but I don’t and never will own a diesel car again, so didn’t see the point

Do not buy look at the video review on amazon of it smoking dangerously about to explode amazon.co.uk/NOC…c=1
Not exactly a fair thing to post on here, any item can be faulty and it didn't explode and that's not even the same model

some of those cheaper brands don't have the protection override button. I jumped started an evo10 other day with my GB40 and nothing would happen without the override selected.. So depending on the car you have the cheaper brands may not work. On a side note , these are what the AA use when they have come out to jump the same Evo10 ( on going electrical drain with that particular vehicle )
seems nobody likes an Evo X, not even a battery charger 😜
I have a 9GT, worked fine on mine

I really could have done with one of these a few weeks ago. Very handy.

We use these at work for our fleet vehicles which due to loads of journeys of only a few hundred yards at a time tend to suffer from dead batteries - absolute life savers and so easy to use, ended up buying one for home just in case

Purchased this couple of years ago and used three times on our Kia Niro Phev. Good piece of kit and would recommend

I want to buy one of these but a lot of reviews for this and the other brand mentioned say they struggle with larger diesel engines if completely flat.

Anyone know how long do these batteries stay charged if you left it in the boot of your car say?
Quite a while. Easily a few months. I use mine for multiple things. So gets charged quite often.
