Noizer - open source noise management.

Noizer allows you to mix multiple sound channels, each with separate volume. Use the volume rocker to change the overall noise level.

You can send your suggestions in the comments or via the feedback form in the app.

You're confusing "brown noise" with "brown note".
The app I'm using is called White Noise as it is able to generate (amongst other things) pink noise. This is interesting because:

No kidding. If you do a search for 'white noise' at G'Play app store you get a list of 250 related apps (4 star rating & above selected): https://play.google.com/store/search?q=white%20noise&c=apps&rating=1&hl=en_GB

This is quite an ordinary one (very few noises to choose from), so not sure how they managed to sell it for £2.99 in the past.

One of the most comprehensive I've found is the free Sleepo (4.8 star rating too):
