Nokia 105 for 99p @ Carphone Warehouse - payg upgrade

165
Found 3rd Dec 2013
A brand new Nokia 105 that is unlocked already from Carphone warehouse from 99p , but you have to be eligible for a pay as you go upgrade.

so there is no need to top up.

only thing is that you have to be with the Orange, T-Mobile, 02, Virgin & Vodaphone and have been with them for 6 months to qualify for this
Shared Via The HUKD App For Android.

The Samsung E2121B is also 99p for non Nokia fans.

***IGNORE THE ABOVE COMMENT***

The Samsung E1200 does NOT have Wi-Fi. It is a basic mobile phone, which is supposed to be used for calling and texting only. The specs can be found at:

Topcashback gives £6.06 for Pay As You Go Upgrades. I wonder if they will honour this for a 99p phone?

Anybody else not receiving the Authorization Code text message. Tried it for Virgin 4 times.

Others also noticed this on a similar deal posted earlier, they said to just use the Generated Authorization Code and paste it into the Pay as you go upgrade code field.

If you have been using your provider 6 months+ and have been actively topping up during this time you should be eligible.

If someone is eligible and doesn't need the upgrade, can you PM me. I need a dumb phone for my second sim. Thanks

The authorization code isn't texted to your phone anymore. It comes up in the following page after typing in your number and usually starts with 'ONL...'. Just copy and paste it into the authorization code box then put in the sim serial number and you're set.

yeah can someone PM me as im also looking to get this for my mum but im on Giffgafg and 3

Back up phone, awesome!

Won't let me get past the 'Personal Details' page, anyone else having this issue? When I press 'Continue', it doesn't do anything.

Might have to try another browser, as I'm using IE 10 on Windows 8 currently.

EDIT: I've managed to make it work now.

Great deal by the way, voted hot. Good as a spare mobile phone.

Great deal, about time giffgaff and other budget networks were allowed to use these upgrade offers

because you don't think a mobile phone for £1 is a decent deal? Fair enough. You're wrong, but fair enough.

Didn't see giffgaff or any other MVNO apart from Virgin appear in the 99p upgrade option.

I went through Quidco and TCB (I've got 2 spare o2 sims) for tbis deal. If I get the £6 cashback from either or both great if not I've got 2 backup phones for £2.

Thanks

This link should get you to the page
http://www.carphonewarehouse.com/mobiles/mobile-phones/NOKIA_105/PPAY?colourCode=BLACK&gift=undefined&giftType=undefined
Click the Upgrades tab and select Buy (for 99p)

Useful as a 'big night out' phone... no worries if u lose it.

I have a phone that's eligible for an upgrade but if I use it to buy this phone does it exclude me using it another time for a better upgrade as I may want to upgrade again after Christmas.

I'm not getting the text through, and my sim has been cut from a normal size, to a Nano for the iPhone 5, so i have no serial number on my sim. Bummer!

Its a site to let others know about great deals, not a review site. - Thats your opinion.

Hi, could someone answer a few questions for me please?

#1 If I were to upgrade do I still keep my same phone number and sim card (with O2)?

#2 Do you need to have bought your original mobile from them or can anyone upgrade?

#3 Would it be possible to keep the original mobile with it's original phone number and get a new sim card (from any network) to use in this phone?

Thanks for any help given!

I have a cheap phone, Asda mobile, but it runs in the Vodaphone network. Took out the SIM, but could not find the serial number. There was a huge number on the SIM, but it contained a letter, and it is telling me to enter a valid number. I guess I'm not getting the chance as the box with the serial number is long gone. I was trying to go through TCB, which would have been a nice little bonus. Any quick way of acquiring the SIM serial number in a hurry?

Yes you can keep your original sim, and number. You don't need to have brought your current phone with them. Finally, you'll find the phone will be on your network (O2) - So you'll need another O2 sim to use in there!

They had around ten of these in a bargain bin at the CPW that I visited last week. They were marked down from £5.99 to 99p with no mention of requiring an upgrade or top up. I didn't ask to be sure though, nor did I post it here as I told a few family members rather than having the fleabayers from here swoop and then posting "bought ten" before my family members could even go and take a look...

Edit: A family member went to pick one up last Friday and, yes, they want a £20 top up to purchase the phone for 99p. They didn't ask about upgrades as they didn't know their phone number.

Its saying my SSN is wrong when i try to check the upgrade

good deal, have some heat OP
