Sainsburys Murrayfield Edinburgh have the Nokia 5310 XpressMusic on clearance at only £25 on Vodaphone PAYG!

Possibly nationwide or maybe one of these local deals that are store specific but perhaps some might benefit.

Easy to unlock????

Good to me. But will be store specific - would love one of these at this price - if anyone in the vicinity would cover any expenses.

These can't be unlocked without software and cable so a trip to a phone shop is needed unless other sim cards still work in vodaphone phones like before...

vodafone phones nowadays come unlocked. If it is locked simple....just give their CS a call and they will provide you with an unlocking code.

are you sure that they will unlock a payg for free?

They were £25 at Monks Cross in York, but they hadn't got any and the girl said they hadn't had any for a while?

(Would it not be a good idea to remove the label/mark as out of stock then?)

none in nine elms, none in colliers wood

Ahh well would have cleared the shelf

Brilliant deal, but definitely going to be out of stock everywhere soon.

Cex buys for £45 locked and £58 unlocked!
cex.co.uk/sea…buy

None in Edinburgh Cameron Toll

£99.99 in colchester store

Good phone, I've had it for 5 months. Just found out a way of using it as a bluetooth remote for my laptop

Only problem is the keys cracked in-between the top left and right buttons, which are actually joined. Or at least they used to be, not a big deal though.

I just called them and they said they have none in stock in Murrayfield.

I just took a trip to sainsburys murrayfield, and they are sold out. I asked customer services and they called the one in Straiton, Blackhall and Cameron Toll, all sold out :(. Very good deal though.

buy this if you can and sell the phone on its own to mazuma mobile therye giving £31.00 cash for it right now or £34.10 in argos vouchers, damn none in leeds otherwise i'd have bought them!!!!

Would you say one of these is better than a Sony Ericsson w880i?

store specific deals these. Never find any near me in Derby...

I don't know a lot about this phone, it's reviewed at slightly above average, but I'm not keen on the W880i though. The W880i's a bit old hat now anyway. I've used a friend's one briefly and it's TOO small and the buttons are titchy so feels rather uncomtable unless you've got very small hands. It's also been trimmed of some of the regualar SE features like the FM radio. The W890i is much better.

Forget that! Just put in on eBay and your guaranteed £60 at least!

didn't see any in Reading (Calcot)

went to murrayfield for another of my 'Knights of the round table adventures' - surely, missing out by small amount of time, the nice bargains. next time though, next time...

Too many of these unsubstantiated "deals" around at the moment. Someone sees something and we all go chasing after it only to find that even people living in the same area as the poster and going to the store they supposedly found it in cannot see any evidence of the deal.

Sorry to the OP but I doubt these are real. You do not see BMW garages knocking off 75% off the cost of a car, old model or not. Neither do Currys for washing machines or anyone else so why do we believe that one supermarket manager wakes up one morning and tells his staff to knock it down to shift it when they could, as quoted, flog them off on ebay or elsewhere for over twice their selling price.

It does not stack up.

My sainsbury's Full price :?

Same here! tried two branches they had them but full price. When I mentioned other branches selling them cheaper/promotion, they checked and confirmed they had no promotion at their branch, and couldn't help.

Maybe it's a north/south promotion difference. :whistling:

I found this phone in my local Sainsbury. It was in the display cabinet. The price ticket says £99.99 I asked the lady at customer service to check the price on their system. She said it is the discontinued product and currently showing £99.99

Could anyone confirm this is the nationwide deal? [/LEFT]
