NOKIA 5800 Virgin £15 200Mins 300Txts 18 month contract @ Virgin Mobile, Free Phone, plus quidco

Seems a reasonable deal for just £15 per month outlay.......Ok not as good as the £18 inc internet but for those that dont need internet then this is not too bad.

Phone specs as per site details...check link

quidco of £30 also so can bring price down to £13.33 per month

Maybe been around a while but that's why it is now 'cheap'. Seen a newer, better model from Nokia then?

Very annoying that they want more if you take a more expensive tariff.
They had it on offer with the £18 tariff a few weeks ago so why not match it again?

They do the same thing on a few other phones:
Nokia 6700 is free on £18 tariff without web but on the £18 tariff with web the phone costs £20.
The Jet is cheaper on the £15 tariff than the £18 with web tariff.
It is also cheaper to get the Jet on the £22 with web tariff than the £18 with web tariff over 18 months and you get more minutes and texts.

They need to sort out the pricing. But this is still a good offer for the phone!

How come this is not hotter?
Where do you find a better deal for £15 a month with such a nice phone?

My contract with 3 is about to end and they don't seem to want to offer me a decent phone so I'm considering this. Of course I'll lose my free 300 min. to same network but I can probably live with that.

If you are a Virgin Media subscriber - ie have Virgin broadband or home phone or TV - then quote your Virgin Media customer number to Virgin Mobile and they will give you Unlimitted same network calls for the life of your contract. Also - look on Virgin Media website under Mobile - there are some awesome deals there like £18pm gets you 300 minutes, unlimited txts, unlimited virgin to virgin calls and a free phone. allyours.virginmedia.com/htm…tml
and Considering Virgin win Best Customer Service award 8 years in a row - its a good all round deal I think.

I do have Virgin broadband, tv and internet actually. Sounds suddenly like a great deal for me. Thanks for pointing that out.

As a virgin media customer i just ordered a samsung tocco on £18/m, 18 month contract with 300 mins, unltd virgin->virgin calls, unltd texts and unltd data. O2 couldn't match it so i decided to go for it. it was the unltd data which swung it for me.

Does anyone else keep getting "500 internal server error" when trying to access the page after entering your account number. :-(

I was on the website yesterday to check up on my order and i couldn't get logged in to my account, just kept getting an error screen. Seems ok today though i noticed the deal that i went for isn't available any more.

If you don't use cashback sites...ring them up...I did and they offered me a better deal than advertised, didn't take them up at the time, but definitely worth a call!

So what deal did they offer you? (and were you ringing as a Virgin Media customer?)

My girlfriend (currently on Virgin month at a time contrcat) is probably going to go for this so it would be handy to know what she is aiming for when she rings up.

Yeah, come on Agent Silver - spill the beans.

I rang two days after the last 5800 deal had finished, I managed to get them to honour the deal and not charge me postage, however, I needed to ring them back and never got round to it, haven't tried since...all I am saying is everything is worth a call, just saved £6 a month with plus.net by ringing and asking!!! A bit old school, but hey a few minutes and a phone call might get you a deal you want!
Have a goal, be polite...it will get you a long way!

Oh, and no Virgin Media not available in the boondocks
