Nokia 6 available for £159.99 from Carphonewarehouse. I bought it on the day it came out for £199.99, so this is a decent price drop. Best phone I've ever owned in this price bracket!

can you tell me more about the £40 cashback, please
Anyone care to comment on this phone please? I compared it on GSMArena to the Redmi Note 4 and the specs are very similar but that doesn't mean a lot in terms of performance imo.

Nokia was my favourite phone in the past so I'm tempted by this, but after the Wileyfox Swift debacle I've got, I'm cautious.

Was waiting for the Note 4 to get close to £100 and would snap it up but now tempted by the Nokia.
He is taking about topcashback or quidco on the payg sim only deal from the other thread.
Is this a good phone? Left my Sony xperia Z3 at work and I doubt I will find it tomorrow.
Had a quick look at a review and it seems its downsides are not-so-great battery life, no fast charging and a slower processor than it's competition. You're nearly into Huawei P10 lite territory which is a better phone.

P10 Lite can normally be found for £179.99 but is currently £80 more expensive on CPW

Was.looking at this phone but as said before poor battery life and no fast charging put me off. So I ended up getting the Huawei P8 lite 2017 for £129 from CPW. I've had it for 2 days and I think it's great I had a Samsung S6 before i smashed the screen. It's so quick apps open instantly where as the S6 took a second or 2 to open youtube, Instagram etc. The fingerprint reader is lighting fast way faster then the S6. Of course the screen compared to the S6 is not that great but it's still sharp and bright
I have a oneplus 3 with a broken screen (economically it doesnt make sense to replace the screen) how does this phone compare? Am i going to feel like ive taken a massive step backwards?

I lost my OP3 a few months ago and tried a few cheaper replacements for a few days which were all returned. Got a B grade OP3 for £266 and haven't looked back. It was just the little things that made me go back to One Plus. 6GB ram, beast SD820, double tap to sleep, dash charge, OLED screen. Of the cheap phones I tried, the P8 Lite 2017 came the closest to being a keeper but is still a small back step.

Build quality and screen on the Nokia 6 are great. It looks and feels like a premium phone.
Having real trouble setting mine up - it (the Launcher3 app) kept crashing if I restored from my Moto G5 Plus, and now I've done as a fresh, it's not letting me now talk to my Moto G5 PLus to transfer details afterwards very frustrated and nokia tech support quite obtuse!
Now up to £169.99. Hopefully will drop again in a few days.
