CPW might be more reliable in terms of their cashback but you still have to claim it:

"This is a chequeback offer - this means you pay the full line rental every month (as stated in the contract details) and in order to get the reduced line rental, you need to send back your 6th, 10th, 14th, and 18th airtime bills and we will send you a cheque for each one."

Have to say that there are many better cashback deals out there from reliable suppliers. You could get a better handset and either cheaper (or free) line rental plus more minutes and texts. As long as people stick to the cashback terms they should be fine.

Nearly all other retailers require you to send the original bills within 30 days and if you miss one claim, you will miss the rest. At least with CPW, you don't have this hassle.

CPW allows 60 days to claim cashback + they're happy with photocopies

I think that info is wrong since this is a 12-month contract.

CPW is correct as this is a reduced line rental which needs to be claimed as cashback. All 12 month contracts are the same. Some give you free line rental after cashback.

What I meant was you won't have 14th and 18th month bills since you can cancel after 12 months.
