There is a £5 delivery charge on this

Total cost £53.41 of this transaction, Quidco can't be depended upon

Check first that it is actually locked by trying another network's sim, as phones from phones4u which inc dial a phone usually come unlocked.

that means you have to try another date for a free slot keep chnaging your dates untill you get the free slot but make sure under the banner where it says time slot you put anytime
ihad same problem as you its strange it lets you opt for a free delivery and when ur on the last minute checkout it wants to charge you for delivery

I had to change the delivery date to nearly 2 weeks in advance to get rid of the delivery charge.
Hot deal.
Shame you have to cancel the insurance in writing though, would be better if they just give you the choice at order point.

If they bill me wrong is there a way to contact them??
Last time I bought a phone I could only call an automated phone service which gave pre-recorded messages.

When you place the order, you have the choice to remove the insurance.

Total cost £47.46 of this transaction, Quidco can't be depended upon, hasnt tracked.

BTW, how many PAYG phones can you buy from Dial-A-Phone in 12 months? Thanks.

i didn't cancel the insurance but in my email confirmation it says insurance is not included.

hot! Very goog find and wow, also 25% off code works!

it does say this on the checkout
PLUS FREE Insurance for 1 month (applies only to CREDIT CARD users) - thereafter £2.49 per month per handset.
so if you pay by debit card does this mean they can't take anything off of your card or otherwise it would be a direct debit right?

If the phone is supplied by Vodafone then their policy now is not to lock the phones. If you do have a locked vodafone phone, then call them and they'll unlock it for free.

i forgot to untick it but my email says no insurance included, so i should be alright shouldn't it:?

Damn, I never saw the insurance tick box, must have got it confused with all the other tick boxes I had to untick lol. It says on my email confirmation that 1 months free insurance is included so guess I'll have to write them a letter

Please Note: You must buy a £10 airtime voucher with the phone (it's not "included", as originally suggested by the OP). Delivery is £5.95. I have added this to the title.

Just ordered this phone, delivery was free for me on coming tuesday.....so no charge!

i ordered one with delivery next friday all day, which was free. Just keep trying different dates, i think you need to select the 'next week dates' option for free delivery, that's how it worked for me.

Phone = £49.95 + £10.00 (credit) = £59.95
minus 25% promo = £47.46 (£59.95 - £12.49)

so i have paid £47.46, minus credit = £37.46, minus quidco (£5 already validated) = £32.46 for the phone

So i feel duckmagic2 you need to amend your entry
