This is another price match offer where basically the terms & conditions are very strict, including the fact that as soon as you mess up one claim you cannot claim the rest.

What ever happened to e2save & onestopphoneshop REAL deals !

Sorry raj75, another 'tough' offer from e2save

]Phones4u.co.uk offer is the best atm.

Is this is a price match or the usual e2save terms and conditions?

I know onestop do price match but do e2save do it too?

Thanks

orange is no longer rolling over ur minutes. i recently bought £30/month for 250 min. every month the max i get is 250.

ordered this on sun, got it today, very happy.

i chose e2save over osps and phones4u becuase it is by far better then osps despite both part of cpw, also have no experience with phones4u.

i have been following the phones4u £60QC thread ]http//ww…416

which drew me into conclusion that i am going for e2save.

i can confirm the phone is unbrand and unlock.

but the £50QC is not showing yet! shall wait and see.

You are on new e2save t&c's! Don't miss a deadline otherwise you lose the whole lot! Don't get one lost in the post either as you'll lose the whole lot. But that's out of your control isn't it?

Good luck, and don't let them screw you over.

Yeah, I think I'm with hotdealseeker on this. I've been looking out for a good 12month free deal for my partner for a while, and because he has to keep his number, this is surely the best and most reliable non voda deal/phone to go for. If there is a better non vodaphone (pref orange) 12month free deal, does anyone know of it?

Lol

I wouldn't say that there are any better deals around than this for orange. Please carefully read the t&c's and make sure you're happy with them before you accept them. I think there's stuff in the like cancel your direct debit and they charge you £50. They take it straight from your card, nothing you can do about it!

Not sure about number porting too, Orange allow it but it may invalidate your cashback claim, or at least make it different to do.

Oh, and welcome to hukd!

This is what you're agreeing to:

We recommend you send all claim paperwork by recorded delivery, as proof of sending is not proof of delivery. Where an item goes missing in the post and you haven't got our valid recorded delivery signature, then the item will be regarded unclaimed.

We do not accept more than one claim per envelope. We are looking for one correct claim per envelope and we shred all further paperwork. You risk losing your claim altogether if you adopt this practice and the excess paperwork is shredded.

Due to the number of early claims, duplicate claims, incomplete claims and multiple claims, we will charge you £10 for each case encountered.

where a valid claim has not been received by us within one calendar month of the required bill, which is the closing date for your claim. You will not be entitled to any part of the Cash Back offered. Cash back files are closed and cannot be reopened in these cases.

Your contract includes a mandatory direct debit arrangement, where your monthly line rental and charges will be taken from your bank. If this is cancelled, we will invoice you £50 plus VAT. Should you have supplied us with your credit or debit card details you hereby expressly authorise us to deduct the above amounts from your card account in the event of the above tariff change, disconnection or cancellation conditions occurring. We will advise you in writing of any charges, should they occur.

If you change the tariff you selected on your Price Promise Deal within 180 days of your initial bill, we will invoice you with the minimum sum of £100 plus VAT per handset. All cash back claims become null and void if your tariff is changed within the contract period.

If you disconnect for any reason within 180 days of the initial bill, e2save.com will invoice you the minimum sum of £200 plus VAT per handset. The actual charge invoiced, will be calculated on the basis of the tariff selected at the time of disconnection. Confirmed disconnections through e2save.com customer care department, arising during the initial 7-day money back guarantee period are the only exceptions to the above clause. All cash back claims become null and void if you are disconnected within the contract period.

Still wanna buy???

Here's the bit about porting a number, beware there may be more, this is just a bit I picked out for you.

When making the first instalment claim at 120 days, with a PORTED number, we need in addition to the standard requirements above, a copy of the first bill showing the original number we supplied to you.

Thanks Benjimoron. Yeah, the strict t&c's don't put me of tooo much. I guess they have to be strict with such deals. I've taken out contracts with both coolnewmobile and phoneboxdirect and both worked out for me ok. (albeit long waits!)

Ok, but remember if you cancel your direct debit for any reason, maybe even changing banks and transferring it might count then they charge you £50!

Hi all
I ve had terrible problems with e2save
They word things very carefully . Even my daughter who is a solicitor says forget them.
In my experience of this deal is,,,,,,STAY AWAY
Ive just sent it back because if you miss one cashback you forfiet them all!!!!!
And the only writing in terms and conditions could be took as if you miss one cashback you can still claim the rest but what it really means is...... TUFF IF YOU MISS ONE CASHBACK THEN NO MORE CAN BE CLAIMED.
My daughter thought this to be badly written so you missinterpritate it.
Also when i sent it back it cost me special delivery and to be fair noone at e2save were interested
TAKE THIS DEAL AT YOUR OWN RISK
My advise strongly............DONT BOTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
