128gb version of WOT?
60 day warranty and 30 day returns, hopefully grade b is very good condition from a large distributor (wizardeurope.co.uk)
I’ve ordered one as this thing has the same/better specs as a pixel 2 for a fraction of the price. Install the pixel cam mod from xda and this is an understated beast. I would rather have a pixel 2 but can’t afford it
Same thing on Amazon fulfilled for £269 delivered... BRAND NEW

I currently have a Nokia 8, had a Pixel 2 for a long while and I do miss it, but the Nokia is an excellent alternative in many regards.

The Pixel does still have a better camera, but it's also still the best camera phone around at this point (in my opinion) so it's probably unfair to compare.

The Pixel has stereo speakers and is water resistant, which I do like to have.

The Nokia has an SD slot, which is nice but not essential to me.

The Nokia has a 3.5mm jack.

The Nokia has an annoying habit of being iffy with chargers in respect to the screen becoming really sensitive when you use it whilst charging (with most of my chargers and cables). This has been true of all four of the Nokia 8s I've owned (yes really).

In my opinion the Nokia has a nicer screen than the Pixel 2 though. It's certainly sharper and brighter, with more natural colours. The Nokia reminds me of an iPhone 7 in terms of how it feels in the hand, and I kind of like that. The specs are almost the same on the two devices overall, although I will say that the Pixel felt slightly faster and smoother. I think this is some secret sauce that Google adds to Pixels.

why have you had 4 of them?

why have you had 4 of them?

First one I got through Amazon but it was faulty (it actually turned out not to be faulty but there was an Android Pay issue before 8.1), second was a 128 through Carphone Warehouse but traded with a friend, 3rd was second hand from a local shop but the mic was broken, fourth also from a local shop and that's the one I have now. Picked it up for £175.

wrong.

I paid £269.99 .. Looks like they have decided to increase their prices. There is still only £310 which is brand new
and only £55 more than a 'B' grade ...which can mean anything

Sadly they've just increased the price by £40 but they are brand new , sealed units ..

I must have been very lucky or bought at the right time ....

Also. Looks like they have taken the stock back from Amazon to dispatch themselves and save money... It it now no longer fulfilled by Amazon so it's no longer as attractive an offer when I got it....

Very weird behavior from this seller !

I'll report back once I receive the order , which is due to arrive tomorrow by UPS

What's the battery life REALLY like on these? I've heard lots of conflicting reports.

completely average. When used moderately you'll get an easy full day and charge at night, in my experience. Not as bad as somthing like the Note 8, but worse than comparable flagships.

Thanks for letting me know. I'm thinking of upgrading from my Honor 5X, which I get a few days out of.

i enjoyed the Nokia 8, the bad points for me were the camera (inconsistent) and the battery life. I loved the stock android and the look and feel of the device.
