Do all the dual Sims remove band 20?
I've used eGlobalCentral and they were as good as any company. The only thing you might say is that they have their own way of communication as you have to open a ticket with your request but once you have they respond within a day or two. This is a great price for a Snapdragon 835 phone

Can tell about the phone - absolutely brilliant, worth every penny.

Can't tell much about the shop - all I've seen in here about it was.... let's just say...bad, very bad.

I have a Nokia 8, bought properly in UK for not a lot more on the 3 SIM deal last November.

The phone is superb and all minor niggles (specifically around the camera) have been ironed out on the latest Oreo 8.1 beta release.

It's still the best vfm Snapdragon 835 phone out there.

My issue is with the fact that this one doesn't have band 20 (so forget 4G on any O2 network) and if something goes wrong then good luck trying to get any type of support with eglobal.
I rather pay full price but not e-global. The sellers after sales care is nightmare. If anything goes wrong with your purchase or you want to change your mind, you will be paying more than what you have saved by shopping from this Chinese seller along with a lot of hassle.
Beware of these sellers. They have another 2 sites as well and they are all dodgy.

True, but you might have to consider the howlers ie the anti-Chinese-bests eg anti-Gearbest, etc. They dont howl once in a blue moon(as of the night before the prev one)
anything about the insurance?

Yes, I did pay with my credit card for a Samsung J3 (£99) and an iPhone charging cable (£5).
I found the phone was not sealed, plug had 2 pin (US). On opening the box, I found the phone screen had a lot of finger marks, dirts and had a screen protector on. I thought it was a non-fault return product they sold to me. I complained, they said it was them who opened it before dispatched for quality checks???
Also the charging cable didn’t work from day 1. I was offered to return at my own costs. Recorded post cost to China would have been about £25. Decided to leave it as these Chinese seller might mess about with refund. I didn’t know if you can have money back from credit card company?

"I didn’t know if you can have money back from credit card company?" WTF lol
I am a bit confused about this Band 20 issue. It appears that there are just 2 models: a single sim and dual sim and according to this website, the dual sim model is a Chinese one and does support Band 20. Could it be the listing that's not correct from eGlobal?
Phone arrived today. Ordered on Thursday so that was quick. Also very well sealed. Looks genuine. Will know more when I set up. It also appears that the phone does indeed support the infamous Band 20!!!

Hmm, it says FDD LTE 700,900,... missing out 800 which is B20.
Then it subsequently mentions B20.
I dont know the Chinese but scan it with Google Translate and hope for the best.
In two minds about buying it, band 20 is a deal breaker

Does anyone know an App that can tell for sure the bands of the mobile it runs on? Or is the only way to be sure is to get an O2 SIM to test?
