If you use Chrome, right click anywhere and choose 'inspect'. On the right hand side a new panel should open up with the line "<div class="error error--blocking">...</div>" highlighted. Right click on the highlighted text and select 'Delete Element'.


You can then fill the form in and receive the coupon. It requires you to install a 3rd party app called Valassis Secure Print At Home to print the code out though.
Worked for me - Got 2 - you'll have to be early to get these
