About this item
  • Nothing OS 2.0: A new visual identity. Customise everything from app labels and grid design to widget size and colour themes. Now with new folder layouts. Create widgets for quick settings functions or save time by adding key widgets directly to your lock screen. The new Glyph Interface: Key information, in a flash. Assign different light and sound sequences for each contact and notification type. Use the lights to track progress or create your very own ringtones with the Glyph Composer.
  • Camera: We’ve upgraded the camera’s internal software entirely so photos and videos are more dynamically accurate than ever. A new bigger 32 MP front sensor captures picture-perfect portraits. Dual rear 50 MP main + 50 MP ultra-wide camera effortlessly captures real life with smart tuning effects like Advanced HDR, Motion Capture 2.0 and Night Mode. New 2x Super-Res Zoom preserves a scene's finest details. Video: 4k 60fps videos on the main rear camera and 1080P at 60fps on the front camera.
  • Display: 6.7” LTPO OLED display with 1600 nit peak pixel brightness and Gorilla Glass 5 (front and back). With LTPO, Phone (2) can intuitively adapt its 120 Hz refresh rate to preserve power when you're not on your phone. A killer display that doesn’t murder battery life.

Phone (2) also doubles as a 5W wireless charger so you can power accessories like Ear (2) on-the-go. Chipset: With the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, Phone (2) boasts an 80% improvement on performance over its predecessor. Now with rapid speed, the best in-house heat management, and advanced camera capabilities.
  • Sustainability: 100% recycled aluminium mid-frame, 100% recycled tin on 9 circuit boards, 100% recycled copper foil on the main circuit board, and over 90% recycled steel on all 28 steel stamping parts. Undoubtedly a good price, and yes cheaper, but I'd rather spend the extra 20 quid to buy from UK personally

Recently "upgraded" my Pixel 5 to an 8a after they offered me £235 trade in which I basically had to accept given the actual value of the phone. Constant issues, poor battery, gets hot trying to find signal constantly. Absolute mess of a phone.

My 2a should be here today and that hopefully means the end of being part of the Pixel beta test. Had I saw this earlier I'd have been tempted to spend the extra £125 for the better specs, but there honestly doesn't seem to be much between them outside of wireless charging and build quality.

Won't touch Samsung as they taint android with everything they do, Moto have always been abysmal with updates, and why would I want a Chinese phone that's trying to be an iPhone knock off when I could just buy an iPhone? That goes for OnePlus as well, they aren't even close to being what they were.

Here's hoping the 2/2a evoke the OnePlus of old, if not then I guess it's back to iPhone. You could say it's all or Nothing

I have iPhone 11 but the battery is going on it. Much difference in specs between these? Or the 2a?

Hugely tempting as I want to replace my Poco F3 which, after 2 years, is really starting to annoy me with niggles. But I think the Nothing Phone 3 is due soon so I'll hold my horses.

The CEO posted on twitter the other day saying they're not releasing the Phone 3 until next yea

Had a pixel for a while now and getting ready to change. Had my eye on nothing as they seem to be a company that's doing good things and listening to the people. This is a extremely tempting offer.

Managed to grab one for £376.36 from Amazon but now its showing 519 again. My order is confirmed so hoping it will be honoured.
