A great price, even if you don't support county!

Notts County chairman and owner Alan Hardy is offering ALL SUPPORTERS £2 tickets for the visit of Crewe Alexandra on Saturday 3 February.

Alan recently celebrated his one-year anniversary at the helm and, to acknowledge the magnificent support he has received during that time, he has announced plans to pack out Meadow Lane for the visit of the Railwaymen.

“I have been truly humbled by the response of our supporters and the wider community throughout my first year at Meadow Lane.

“We have seen average attendances rise dramatically and I have no doubt that has had a huge impact on our upturn in fortunes on the field.

“My dream remains, however, to see Meadow Lane packed to the rafters week in, week out.

"We're on the start of a long journey towards achieving that goal but on 3 February I’m inviting everyone, including visiting supporters, to the match for only £2.

“Let’s spread the word among friends and family members who never – or rarely – come to games and show them what a Meadow Lane matchday is all about.

"We're looking to build a fanbase for the future and this is a wonderful opportunity to showcase the amazing progress we are making at the world's oldest Football League club."

Due to the anticipated large crowd, this will be an all-ticket fixture. No tickets will be available to buy on the day.

Home supporters will be permitted to purchase in the Jimmy Sirrel Stand for this match.

Tickets can be purchased online, in-store or by calling 0115 955 7210.

Good to see, makes a change from the money-obsessed premier league primadonas. Heat added
Beautiful, historic club... I hope it works out for all involved!

Well done them. Heat.
Fair play!
This is a great deal. Hopefully the focus from last weekend's FA Cup match and this deal will see a continued boost in sales for the club.
Beautiful, historic club... I hope it works out for all involved!
I'll be busy watching super Bury FC away at Bradford City . C'mon the super white army .
and i can guarantee a hat full of goals with our shoddy defence
£2 to see the Mackem-slayer in the flesh? Super-hot....like a volcano!
Wouldn't it be good if other clubs followed suit? Either one club each week of the season, or all clubs on the same day?
I wouldn't even mind if Premier Clubs could charge more - like £3 maybe.....

they should charge £1
Well done Notts.
Good on em..... my lad goes to loads of county games for only a few quid and has a great time. When I take him to anfield we don’t get much change from £100 all in... and the footy is worse at the mo! Losing my love of the prem... well done County
I'm going back a few years now but I remember my £8 Notts season ticket! think it was around the turn of the century for under 16s. This is still a good deal though...
Out of interest, do existing season ticket holders get anything?
Proper ticket prices..
Shola!

Worth £2 all day to see big shola!
This was posted a week or so ago but seemingly has been deleted as doesn't show up in the search
Got mine last week, I thought it a a bit of a gamble seeing as how I'm in Cheshire, disabled , the new batteries for my mobility scooter batteries lost in the post, Nottingham station was closed and my lad (My normal carer) couldn't make it as he has a Ju Jitsu tournament...... But I thought 'what the hell, it's just two quid!

Then things start to fall into place, First the station reopens, my lads 'tourney' was cancelled, my scooter batteries 'should' arrive tomorrow...... Now all I need is a cure for MS !....
You Pies! Shame I can't make it - Swansea game was great
Fair play to the club.
That’s a rip off ..you would need to pay me to watch this match
