NOW £269! BOSE QC35 II - New version £269 @ Peter tyson

I've been after a pair of noise cancelling headphones for a while. Now that this newer version is out, the original QC35 can be picked up for £269 in plenty of places. However for a tenner more here is the latest model! They are £329.95 on Amazon.

Can't decide between these or the Sony.

Blurb? Here you go:

"These headphones are the product of more than 40 years of noise cancelling obsession. The result is ..
" Blah blah blah...

Here's the shortened version

QuietComfort wireless headphones II are engineered with world-class noise cancellation. And now they're even better. With the Google Assistant built in, you can play music, receive texts and get answers without glancing at your phone.

I would go for the Sony I've had both of the first gen ones but at this price it's quite a tough choice.

Cheaper here …Cheaper here

Thanks for this, I have never heard of them. Will check them out now.
Great headphones, just picked these up today with a price match from John Lewis.
These, Sony or B&W PX?
I have had these for about 3 months now and I can't fault them.

These, Sony or B&W PX?

Had Sony and took them back for QC35 II and haven’t had them off my head yet. Yes expensive but in the long run well worth it in my opinion.
I was going to buy them, but i stopped at lack of aptX hd and LDAC, how is the hi res quality over bluetooth? tried them on cable, thought theyre perfect. Anyone can tell?
Bose haven't been a good purchase since 2016.

Current number one spot goes to the Sony 1000XM2 shared with the B&W PX. Depending on what you value more (Sony for ANC, PX for SQ.
Second place will be the first gen 1000X.
Bose QC35 III have great ANC just terrible sound quality.
Sound would argue the Sennheisers are better than the Bose.
Bose are #1 for comfort though.

I've owned the QC25, QC35, 1000X and 1000XM2. My head is too big for the PX.

UK price 1000XM2 £330.
Sydney airport duty free price £220.
These have split second bluetooth dropouts every 10 to 30 mins- doesn't sound like much but jarring. I had two pairs, both the same. Unfortunately not good enough for £280. Many report the same- look on Amazon. I bought the Sonys. Bigger and not as comfy, Sound is better (was good on Bose but Sony even better) and zero bluetooth dropouts. Bose messed up on bluetooth on these headphones. Which one would I have kept without the bluetooth issues- very very difficult choice. With bluetooth issues, Sony every time.
