This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Hi, just signed up to now broadband through topcashback. They are currently doing free anytime calls on all packages and topcashback of £100. I've gone for fab fibre at £22 a month Inc line rental and unlimited anytime calls on 12 month contract. Total cost £264. So £164 after cashback which works out £13.66 a month. Anytime calls to mobile and landline.

Seemed a good deal so thought I'd share if it helps anyone. I was particularly after a 12 month contract, hate most are doing 18/24! Note Now broadband is same as sky, so you get a rebadged Sky Q router.

Make sure to go through topcashback link:

There are currently quite a few FTTC Cabinets that are at capacity due to take up of Fibre Broadband for Home Schooling/Remote working. A recent check in Gwent in Wales, showed 10% of FTTC cabinets at capacity and 14% of FTTC cabinets in Orkney.

Before attempting the switch, use the BTWholesale Availability Checker here:
broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/

Look for "Waitiing List", (top right) when using the address checker, this shows your FTTC cabinet is at capacity. You won't be able to switch 'migrate', from your current ISP to any other ISP. This includes BT Retail, as this is an Openreach issue.

See my post below for more info.

This. Purchased in December. Installed in December. Cash back tracked straight away with TCB. Now Broadband declined. Have escalated with TCB who have sent off claim to Now Broadband.

Very shady from Now Broadband in my book. Seems a lot of people have issues with Cashback from them.

Ok deal but I wouldn’t count on any cash back getting paid from Now Broadband.

An absolute shambles to deal with. Hiding behind this pandemic with their ignorance and arrogance. Buyer beware!!

Same with sky mobile they cancelled my cashback of £50 when I got ipad pro
Purchased in July 2019 and got £60 cashback payable in August 2019. Moved from sky broadband to this and the sky router carried on working even once we switched which is probably because they use sky's equipment? We went for about 3 months before we could be bothered to use the nowTV router.
If you sign up can you retain your old landline number?

Yes you should be able (unless you're currently on Virgin then I'm not sure). Been on the faster fibre with them since October and had no issues...getting 60+ download, 18 up.

69% of Which customers who used this said they’d be looking to swap
Provider when deal ends

From what I know it should be the same as sky in terms of what you are receiving.. note most customers on here would be looking to change provider at end of deal anyway to get a better new customer deal elsewhere?
It was the service they objected to, particularly poor technical support (and Sky only did marginally better )
Just checked and the anytime calls includes mobiles too.. which surprised me

Just make sure it supports ‘dhcp option 61’, you’ll need this otherwise it wont work.

I’ve used Now TV and Sky broadband with BT Openreach modems, Asus WRT, DD-WRT (more of a pain as it had to be in hex) and PFsense so I can confirm that it will work with these.

The Now TV settings are the same as sky.

I signed up for the faster super fibre package last week. Topcashback tracked at £100. Next day got an email stating “ really sorry but we’ve had to make a change to your order.

We know how annoying this can be and hope it doesn’t cause you too much trouble.

Your NOW TV phone number will be 020xxx” which is my existing number.

What’s this about? Hope it doesn’t impact Cashback

I read now tv broadband use exact same router as Sky. Which is apparently very good?
My broadband contract will end on august. How early can I lock the deal?
Directly under the offer it says ‘price may change during this period’ ??

Google WiFi isn't a modem just router.. so would use the nowtv as a modem and use googlewifi for wifi

Ok, wasn't sure if you were using an old Openreach Modem or a BT Homehub as a modem/router.
Always remember when looking at their claimed speeds that there’s a massive difference between MB and Mb. The first is Megabytes and the second more commonly quoted number for fibre speeds is Megabits.

To covert megabits into megabytes divide by 8.

Eg I am on normal broadband and I get 4MB download speeds as measured by Steam downloads. If I went for the NowTV 63Mb option that’s actually 8MB, so roughly double my current download speeds. That said Sky claim my current broadband average speed should be nearer 6MB.

Caveat emptor.
I wouldn't let the free anytime calls away me. I'm getting unlimited calls for £3/month on my mobile with 3 network.

I have poor mobile signal in my house, so it's useful for me
I have just recontracted with NOW broadband though was a couple of weeks back and didn't have this offer so got for £24.99. It's a good deal with the calls included. Agree with the comment about the poor router performance. I also am using a 2 disc BT whole home for the WiFi and get much better performance. Only issue is that I have had to keep the now broadband WiFi on as well as there are connectivity issues between the bt discs and sky q mini boxes.
Just upgraded mid-contract, but as an existing customer £23 per month.
Cfaboy - they use the older sky routers sky er110/115 and they are awful for WiFi.
Moved to Nowtv from virgin a year ago with a similar deal found on here, totally not disappointed. Just discovered it had gone up from £18 a month to £33 a month, one phonecall threatening to cancel and go to the post office had my original deal restarted including the free phonecalls. Rarely had any problems and very happy with the price and service.

Same problem with topcashback changing my power company, offer was £150 cashback with Shell, it's tracking at £40. It should sort itself prior to it being released for payment if not open a dispute. it appears to happen frequently with such deals.
My skymobile cashback was tracked and pending.now it is not visible. Topcashback not respecting all the cashback during lockdown.
Is this actually full optic fibre? Do they have their own portion of the fibre infrastructure or are they piggybacking another provider?

This is Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) not FTTP (Fibre to the premises)
I took out 3 broadband last month but it keeps on going down all the time
I was with now tv before and had no problem
Just hope I can now cancel that 3 contract
