I'll probably buy a Paperwhite even though my current Kindle has an inch of dust over it. I love saving money.

Don’t bother buying either of the new echoes in my opinion. The sound is still pretty poor. Buy an original dot and spend the money on a Boss Bluetooth speaker and pair them. Just my opinion.

Should be in Misc

Well apparently that is where heads up deals belong for some stupid, total unknown, not consistent reason.

Nope

Hope the dot reduces

The dot is currently £35 in Argos

Damn. Was hoping for a bigger drop for the Plus. I want one, but was hoping for around £90.

You could try your luck combining with the quidco 10% on Argos eBay.

Black friday has been dying the past couple of years and these stores doing extended black friday's have generally had really boring offers. Are they doing a big day on the actual friday?

Considering this OP has posted a heads up deal that never materialized , that's exactly where it belongs.

Any news on Amazon Prime membership price reduced to £59 again?

Huh?.

I'm taking it that yours was actually CHEAPER than the OP's Deal right?.

So I fail to see the problem ... lol.

Good thinking Batman, lol.

Out of interest, what does this ECHO Plus have, that the regular ECHO doesn't?, or ...

I genuinely have no clue?, lol.

Well, it's hard to say exactly what ANY Store is churning out for real for their given Black Friday/Cyber Monday Weekend thing etc?.

As not of that hasn't actually officially started yet, has it?.

UNLESS you're Amazon - who always starts their Black Friday/Cyber Monday Weekend early (pretty much every Year, for the last few Years running now?), and/or you're Argos, who have (for this Year at least?) started their Black Friday/Cyber Monday longgggg Weekend kinda early this Year also?, then ...

As far as I'll otherwise assume it, allllll the others will pretty much all kick's off from next Friday going, etc?.

So until then, who the hell will otherwise know the foggiest ...

We're all yet to see what these Retail Store's are yet to churn out as it were? (or not, as the case may rather instead prove to be?), lol.

Not if you take £60 off the Ops price...

I bought one of these on the 2nd November and have a return window until the 2nd December. Just tried Amazon Customer Services to refund the discount but they were having none of it. Luckily it’s still sealed in its box so it’ll be going back on a return. I’ll just reorder as I really do want to try out the smart hub feature

I’m also waiting for Echo Show and Echo Spot (next year!). The show should be £99 max and then buy 1 get 1 half price. The spot should be no more than £50 and again buy I get 1 half price.

I have one of the original Echo's that amazon introduced at £99. What does this do that the original doesn't, I'm not clued up on stuff like this?!!

The problem with this which I just found out today, is if you have several in your house and you want to use the multi room music feature, all Echos drop any Bluetooth connections they have and just play through their own speakers. So if you just have Echo dots the sound is just awful. It's a stupid system. I'm sure they must be able to stream and keep a Bluetooth connection in 2017!

Do we think the dot will remain £35 throughout? I’m looking to get one dependant on something else being on offer...
